I took my Tesla here to get my windshield replaced. When it recently rained, there was water coming into my car. I wasn’t sure what was going on so I took it to get serviced at the Tesla Service Center. I had to pay $481.25 diagnostic fee because it was an aftermarket windshield. The Tesla mechanics told me that AD Auto Glass had poor workmanship. They left the windshield unplugged and left the wires just hanging because they broke some of the clips. (Wires were damaged) I wanted a reimbursement for the diagnostic because if they had done their job properly I wouldn’t had to have gotten the car serviced in the first place. I bring my car back to AD, they connected the wires back but still left them hanging. My car was still leaking but they said they couldn’t find the leak. The owner kept insisting that the water was going into the filter. Water was still coming in because of the rain. I go to my other mechanic. He tells me that whoever did the windshield did a poor job because again, the wires are still hanging off and clips are broken. AD tells me to bring the car back for him to check out. This last Saturday I brought the car back. Before bringing it into the shop, I sprayed water on my windshield to make sure it was still leaking (It was). I bring my car in, he says he’ll check it out and call me. This is where I made the mistake of leaving because he the calls me later on to tell me that there is no leak. (100% didn’t want to reimburse me for his mistake) Very suspicious that my car is suddenly not leaking after he takes a look at it. He continues to tell me that it’s the filter but if it was the filter my car would’ve been leaking from the rain and when I tested it with the hose today. My guess is that when I left, he fixed his mistake to get out of reimbursing me. I asked for a partial refund since I paid $911 for them to do quality work, yet things were left unplugged and broken. (This was all to save $90 of paying my deductible with Tesla.) Regret going here and would’ve rather paid the extra $90 to get a OEM windshield and to avoid this whole mess. 0/5 for me. Would NOT recommend coming here.

I have had to bring my tesla here 4 times... yes four times to get a single window fixed, and it's still not fixed right! The first time they didn't listen to me and ordered window even when I specified it clearly. Next, they got me the window, but it didn't fit right and had a gaping hole. Now, they installed a window that fits and has tons of scratches in it. Wow, this place sucks. I will see not recommend and will ask for a new window.

oh no dont go there. pricing quote is fluctuating and he will decide the quote price based on how you dressed and look. if the car is benz, you will more like will ripped of, price $50 ~ $100 more than other neighboorhood store. if this store is only choice, better call over the phone to get the estimate first. you will get more chance for a bit lower price. previous owner guy was cool but not this new owner no more..ServicesAuto windshield repair

UNRELIABLE, they do not keep their word and fail to communicate. At first they quoted a cost of $300 and did not keep their word. Then they bumped it up to almost $500 without reason. Promised to have the job done today, did not follow through, did not communicate and did not have a valid reason. The excuse was that there is no driver. It’s obvious they do not care about the quality of service they provide. Stay away!

We had our trip in LA, and our car’s rear quarter window glass was unfortunately broken in by theft. Our next day plan was visiting Orange County. We found AD Auto Glass close to our destination, and it was recommended online to be reliable for fixing it. However, we had to buy the original part from Toyota dealership because AD Auto Glass did not sell original part of Toyota, so we only had AD to install it. They took out the broken part and installed new one in less than an hour. Everything went well until the final delivery. The broken pieces of glass are still everywhere and we had to ask the careless employee to clean again. Yet, the most disappointing part was that they were irresponsible. They bent the molding trim around the quarter glass, and when I asked, they blamed that the theft did it when they broke in. We were super angry and disappointed of the situation because we still had the pictures of the BEFORE & AFTER AD Auto Glass attempted to replace the part for us. There was no way the theft bent the molding trim. Because we had to leave for our trip, we ignored and left the shop. I’d give this place 4 stars for service (minus 1 star for unfriendly employees), but since they were not responsible for what they did, 1 Star overall is what they could get from me.

SO AMAZING! My family and I bring all of our cars here. I have had two different cars get their windshields replaced here. It’s quick and great value. My auto insurance set me up with a company that was wanting me to pay 4 figures for the service. I called this place ahead to make sure they have the jeep factory glass and they did it for me for less than half the price I was quoted for with my insurance.
