My car window broke early Saturday morning. I called all the “popular” companies and none of them could replace my window until mid next week. I started looking on Google and found Aces Auto Glass, read the reviews and called. He ordered my window replacement and put it in the SAME day!! He was super fast and very professional PLUS his prices are better than everyone I called. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

I’ve been using James at Ace’s Auto Glass for years, and he’s always professional, friendly, and reliable. When my kid smashed a ball into the windshield, James got it taken care of ASAP. With the holidays being here I was frantic to find a reliable same day appointment. Ace was prompt, knowledgeable AND READY to fit me in for the day. I highly recommend his business! My window fix only took 30 minutes IF THAT! (window stuck down) He was very professional. Can't BEAT his prices or response time! Trust me I called 7 other shops the same day.

I contacted numerous places trying to get my rear window replaced, but had no luck until I spoke with the owner of Aces. He confidently assured me he could locate the glass I needed, and within just a few days, he found it! The best part? He came directly to my home, so I didn’t have to travel, and replaced the window in under an hour. He even cleaned all the broken glass out of my car! The entire experience was incredibly smooth and stress-free. Plus, his prices were very reasonable, and he was extremely professional throughout. I highly recommend Aces!

Mr James came out to my house and really was a great big help, he cleaned out the glass and replaced the glass for me at my house for me, he has made a great impression and difference for me on saving time and money, I would full heartedly recommend him for any of your auto glass needs!! I would highly recommend this business. We have had a string of vehicle break ins unfortunately here in Columbus and my truck was one of the vehicles affected. My driver side window was smashed beyond repair. Aces was able to get me in the same day and in a timely manner to replace the window. Made an unfortunate situation less stressful.
