Highly Recommend Accurate Auto Glass for Exceptional Service! I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Accurate Auto Glass! After a series of unfortunate events with Safelite in Akron attempting to replace my back windshield 3 times, I was left frustrated with the poor quality of work and lack of customer service. It was only after I switched to Accurate Auto Glass that my troubles were finally resolved. They ensured that I received a Mopar glass for my truck, unlike the aftermarket glass provided by Safelite. The team at Accurate Auto Glass did an exceptional job with the installation, and I am pleased to say that the glass on my truck is now perfectly installed. In addition to their excellent workmanship, their customer service was top-notch, providing a level of care and attention that was truly commendable. I must also mention that Safelite caused damage to my truck during their attempts, and their response to rectify the situation was disappointing. In contrast, Accurate Auto Glass handled the entire process professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend Accurate Auto Glass for anyone in need of auto glass services. They work seamlessly with most insurance companies, making the entire process hassle-free.

I 10/10 recommend Accurate Auto Glass! My windshield cracked not even 24hrs after having the vehicle and I called Accurate and they were able to get me within a couple of days! They were able to come to my home, which I loved. Jake was the installer and he was so very nice. The window that they were going to replace it with was not the right one (it was my fault, I didn't know my windshield had a rain sensor) and they were able to get the new one in the same day and install it a few hours later! A friend suggested Accurate auto glass to me and I am so glad they did. I called yesterday afternoon to get an estimate and the price was better than any other company by at least $100-150. I was able to schedule the repair for today and the technician Justin came out this morning and did an awesome job and was completely professional and friendly and even took the time to play with my dog for a quick minute which I appreciated. I normally don’t leave reviews good or bad but this time I had to let people know what a great company this is.

Very disappointed with quality, professionalism. Accurate replaced the windshield on my 2008 Honda Civic a week ago. The installation was not good- it was obviously rushed, and they left sealant/adhesive on my hood and roof, left a mess in my driveway and car, and didn't replace trim- the old trim is now loose and clips showing. I called Accurate on Monday, advised them of problem- owner "Jay" "is going to call you right back". Now Friday, no response whatsoever. My insurance recommended Accurate and I’m so glad they did. Tara was very helpful and informative. She walked me through the process and everything she said was 100% correct and easy. I called on a Thursday at closing and she got me in the next day. When I arrived I was greeted at the door and they got right to work. I got to see the progress at one point and was kept informed while I waited. The tech was very professional and even handed me a couple of quarters he found under the windshield. I was told about the safety tape on the windshield and he even folded it on the end so it was easy to remove when I got home. It took under an hour and after I was instructed on what to do/not do I was on my way. As a business owner myself I couldn’t ask for a better experience or a nicer, more efficient group to take care of my vehicles. Accurate Auto Glass took what was an annoying problem and turned it into a pleasant experience.

This place is top notch. I sent them an email, they responded quickly asking for a little more information to confirm the right windshield. They even set everything up through email. Get there and it is a small shop that appears to be family run. Staff was extremely kind and handled my vehicle with care. They finished ahead of when they said and clearly explained details for after to help prevent any kind of leaking. And let's talk about the affordable price. Ditch Safelite and let these guys take care of you their pricing is much better. They are not a large nation wide company that hires anyone that thinks they can do the job but can't. They can do the job and do it amazingly. 100% will be back for any automotive glass repairs I need.
