Took my very clean 2012 Ford Fusion to AutoGlassSquad with a sunroof leak. They tried to fix with a reseal of the glass to see if they could save us a new sunroof - appreciate they tried. Then found a new roof - very hard part to find right now and replaced sunroof. Excellent experience, expert handling - they knew what they were doing, owner personally involved, outstanding final work to fix this for good. Will take all my business here…highly recommend!

I have zero words to accurately describe just how incredibly fantastic this company was to work with. The customer service was on point from the second I made the initial contact and let me tell you, it did not waver in the slightest. Less than 48 hours passed between accepting the best quote from any company around to having a new windshield installed on my wife's car. I didn't even wait for them to call me for my payment info, I called them as soon as they left the house and gladly handed over my money and had them put me on the schedule to replace the windshield on my truck next week and it doesn't even need replacing. Will recommend them every time and update this review should anything happen but at this time, couldn’t be happier. Whether you drive a daily or an exotic I’d feel confident in trusting this business and their techs Said I would update so here we are. After driving for a bit I hear a noise now, I realized some tabs were broken when taking off my headliner as the tabs were left in the cup holder. At least one was… the other is rolling around in my dome light, or around it and sounds terrible. For the price you get what you pay for but I wish I spent the extra money and went somewhere who didn’t rush the install as now I saved a couple hundred but have to live with this new noise. Also noticed some nicks on my paint around where the tech worked but again, you get what you pay for

Prices are a fraction of what you will pay elsewhere but you get top quality. Jim was so patient with my situation and was a real pleasure to work with. There had been a price change since he quoted me but he finagled it somehow to get the same lower price from the supplier for me. Steve did the install and he was very professional and fast. (I had the front windshield replaced on my Buick). I can't wait for them to start doing windows like for the house which they said is in the works. Everybody I talked to said Auto Glass Squad is the best and they were right. You never have to talk to an automated system or go online to find coupons. Jim just gives you the best price and you're free to go live your life. For some reason the glass business seems to have a lot of very temperamental people but Jim and Steve are very nice and patient and normal.

This company came highly recommended. So this is who I ended up going with. The wife and I went on a road trip and on the way back a rock hit the windshield and put a chip in it. So this morning I called Auto Glass Squad. They set up a time to come to my house and fix the chip for me. Steve showed up on time, called when he was on the way and was extremely kind. We had a nice talk while he fixed my chip. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Steve and Auto Glass Squad. You guys rock...seriously you guys are AWESOME😎
