I would give it a five star if it wasn't for the mismatch between the office representative and the technician communication time which I was told would be between 7 and 7:30AM. Turned out to be 9AM to confirm a more definitive time to arrive at my location by the service tech. The tech was great and went right to work. I have been waiting for almost three weeks now for a replacement windshield. I have been told multiple times now that a technician will be here to help. They’ve rescheduled on me twice now. Today I am told that they will be able to install the windshield BUT won’t be able to calibrate the auto wipers/ lane detection etc until the following day. Then after requesting to have both done simultaneously I am finally given a date and window of between 11am and 6pm.I take the day off from work and at 6 pm I call the office to see where the tech is and I am told that he simply didn’t have time and they overbooked. I’m happy I’m spending money on a rental out of pocket and missing work to be there for techs that don’t show up. This is ridiculous, this company is a complete joke.
