I took my car here to have a very small starburst on my windshield sealed as I did not want it to turn into a long crack. Imagine my shock when I went outside after the car was "repaired" to discover that there was now a loooooong crack on the windshield! After a lengthy debate, the repair guy (assume he was also the owner) refunded the $39.00, which he obviously should have done without my having to argue with him because anyone could see that the windshield was very damaged. He was worried about recouping the cost of the "chemicals" used for the "repair," which utterly took me aback. And I said, as any attorney would--yes, I am an attorney--"That's not relevant. If you had repaired it correctly, you would have been paid for the repair, which includes cost of chemicals. As you haven't repaired the crack properly, and have, additionally, caused this damage to my car, chemical cost is clearly not my responsibility." And he also kept repeatedly saying that I could get a credit for the repair if I replaced the windshield at his place of business, which statement is very concerning, to say the least. He maintained that "sometimes this happens," but hadn't informed me prior to the repair of that fact, which he acknowledged. If I had known that, I would not have done anything and just left the starburst alone as it was SMALL. Now, due to this negligent "repair," I actually have TWO HUGE CRACKS running down my windshield!ServicesAuto windshield repair

Brought in a 2024 BMW M3 for a windshield replacement (first ever, 4000mi on the odo). Windshield removal was done without protecting the leather dash, leaving glass shards inside the HUD projector and the speaker housing. Minor damage to the HUD shroud by the power scraper they were using the remove the glue, minor nick in the A piller shroud. Windshield was OEM, but the replacement itself was sub-par as now the car has whistling wind noise while driving coming from the windshield. Post care instructions followed exactly, windows open, no washing the car for 3 days, remove tape next morning. Its a brand new full optioned BMW M3... little care given to a 100k+ car and resulting in me having to replace the windshield again due to the wind noise. Quite disappointed in the service, quite disappointed in BMW Moss Motors for recommending this place as well.

Very nice staff all around, their prices are very fair, and they go above and beyond on their work. They replaced the windshield in my truck and the headliner was coming unglued on some of the edges, they glued it back into place. It was a very nice surprise getting back into the truck!
