He returned my call to schedule an appointment within a few hours, came out to my office the next day, and completed the repair in 15 minutes in the parking lot. Now, you can barely tell there was a chip at all. It looks much better than a repair my husband had done on his truck window from another shop. Very affordable, too. Highly recommended!

I’ll definitely say I am beyond pleased I looked this place up an found someone to take care of my glass asap! After calling 5 different places all telling me it was possible I would have to do a whole windshield replacement because of the rock chip and than long crack. He was able to take me sooner! Everything was done in a timely and professional way! We both talked to my insurance company to get the ball moving in the right direction I was in out in maybe about 10-15mins! Highly recommended!! First of all, I must say, Champion Auto was very friendly, professional and very efficient! I had a chip in my window that I needed fixed asap before it spreads. I called at least 10 other glass businesses in Lafayette looking for help but some didn't bother to answer their phone, even when I called several times and a few couldn't even help within the same day. I was so frustrated! It's just a chip that could be easily fixed! I looked on Google again and I saw Champion and decided to call one more place before giving up and I'm so glad i did! Within 30 minutes of me calling, Jonathan met me and fixed my problem within minutes. Now that's customer service done right! I know where to go now and who to send my people to if they need help!
