Called and the phone was answered promptly and courteously by Gilbert. He took the information, gave me a price, and scheduled a time. I was told it could be 1.5 - 2 Hours for the tint work. They called me shortly there after and let me know someone cancelled and that I could get in ASAP. We drove the car over, and they got to work. They were friendly and did not try to pressure me into any up sales -- though options were given. We got everything settled, and went to lunch. Came back and waited another 1.5 hours (total 2 hours) for the car, and it was perfect. Nice, friendly staff -- excellent service. They were fair price-wise; and while I know I could have saved $10-15 by going somewhere else; I am glad I did not. Their service and quality work is worth the small difference. I noticed that the Google Link to the Kudzu reviews is for a different company with the same name. Be sure to check the address and go to the one at the corner of Mill and Southern.

The service itself was great and timely, however, when I got back into my vehicle it smelled horribly of sweat and my entire drivers seat was literally wet to the touch. It was gross and no exaggeration here. The tech must have been drenched in sweat while sitting in my vehicle. I didn’t even want to sit in the chair and had to lean forward while driving to avoid the wet backrest. My cloth seat now needs to be cleaned somehow to remove the odor that has soaked in. I understand it’s Arizona, it’s hot and you are working but I’d recommend using plastic covers like most auto shops do to avoid this or at the very least not resting comfortably in the seat if you are dripping sweat and dirty. No one should open their car door after a service and have to sit in a seat that is wet to the touch from someone else’s sweat and have to air out their car for two days because it smells like dusty sweat. Things happen, I get it, but please consider plastic covers for future customers. Edit: 8/23 - they were kind enough to take care of the issue by having their mobile detail service steam clean my seat. I appreciate them reaching out to fix this anyway they could! Thank you!

I unfortunately experienced my first windshield crack and was in search of possible companies I could use through my insurance to get my windshield replaced and tinted. I sent in a request on Sunday to a bunch of companies and received a voicemail and text message from Jen at the S Rural Rd location Monday morning. I was able to get an appointment sent up initially for this upcoming Saturday but was able to get the appointment moved to this past Wednesday at the S Mill Ave location. I was initially told I would be there for about an hour and a half, but was in and out in maybe 45 minutes. I was super nervous about this entire process, but Jen has been super helpful and always friendly anytime I called. I think this company has very affordable pricing and is also a recommended shop by my insurance company, which is always a big plus. My windshield and tint looks great and I will definitely be returning to get other services done!

I’m not normally one to leave reviews but felt the need to rate my experience with this company, which has been terrible. I had to have my windshield replaced due to a large crack. The company came out, replaced it, and was told that they were unable to calibrate it with my cars security features and another tech needed to come out. Two days later another tech comes out, once again they are unable to calibrate it with my vehicle. They come out again yesterday (on a Saturday), and are STILL unable to calibrate the glass with my vehicle (3rd attempt) and now I’m being told they have to replace the glass with another brand. This will be the 4th attempt to get this done on my vehicle, and I must say I’ve lost all confidence in this being able to get done. I’m close to contacting another auto glass company depending on what happens next. I’ve never experienced anything like this and it’s super frustrating. If you own a Honda Odyssea, please do yourself a favor and do not use this company. This has taken up probably 8 hours now of my personal time along with countless phone calls and texts, not to mention dealing with probably 4 different people throughout the process.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

The most incompetent business that I have come across. Paid on a Sunday for a tech to meet me on the next day (Monday) between 8am-10am to replace my windshield. 10 o’clock arrives and they don’t even call to check and see if the tech showed up. So I called them myself just for them to let me know that the tech wouldn’t show up. The reason for the tech not showing up was that I was too far out. They accepted payment from me though and took down my exact location on Sunday before I paid them. So they accepted payment from me knowing my exact location just to tell me 24 hours later that I was too far out. They said that I would have to drive another 25 miles with a shattered windshield (D.O.T. Violation) to Buckeye, AZ where I would now have to wait between 1pm-4pm to get windshield replaced. They put me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the tech who was replacing my windshield. They said that I would have to arrive in Buckeye, AZ and that he would give me a call within 30 minutes of my arrival. I started to head to Buckeye but stopped because I really wanted to talk with the tech. 20 minutes later they say that there’s no tech in Buckeye and that I would now have to wait til Tuesday to get windshield replaced. I just asked for a refund, which I now have to wait 5 business days to get back into my account. They don’t even deserve the 1 star. Take money first and ask questions later is how they operate. Please save yourself the time, headache, and frustration and go with another company. The other companies were cheaper anyways. Avoid the horrible/terrible choice that I made by choosing this company or you too will be writing a long review and waiting 5 business days for your money. And let’s hope that they do give me my money back, because I have a good feeling that I’m going to have to take legal actions against this company. Hopefully I went through this so that you wouldn’t have to. I would like to just say how much, I appreciate this service! The courteous, professional and kind customer service...I have had them replace three windshield. Two on my first vehicle and my new vehicle...I am very satisfied with my product and replacement! Both men were very Happy in Spirit which makes it easy to want the spend the money to replace a shield! RICHARD was so awesome he had already started on the vehicle for me...THANK YOU.
