AAA Auto Glass

My windshield got hit late afternoon, I was home 3min after. I immediately started calling around to see where I could go to get it fixed ASAP. I submitted an online quote request & they called me back very quickly. Made an appt first thing the next morning to have it fixed. The whole thing took maybe 30 minutes. Their pricing was less than half of the cheapest option from Safelite & they had time for me much faster than Safelite did. They were very friendly & helpful & even took time to give me quotes for replacing windshields on our two cars. I'm 100% satisfied & so happy to have found such a quick, affordable option.

So my Window regulator went out and I needed to get my window pulled up before I could afford to fix the actual problem. AAA was able to get my problem solved within 40 minutes of me calling while also handling many other task. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. I travel a lot freelancing in the sports industry so I couldn’t explain how much they helped me during a busy work week. After fixing my car they guided me in the right direction to get the right parts and even save a few bucks on the repair!

I have a BMW i3 that the driver's side back quarter window broke. (basically a very specific car with very expensive parts). Century BMW quoted me an outrageous price that was completely out of budget, they told me it would take 7+ hours of labor. I called AT LEAST 17 different shops in Hunstville/ Madison and no one would take it. The glass people would refer me to body shop people, and vise versa. Then I spoke with Jeremy at AAA... He looked up manufacturer manuals... he contacted other people in the industry... and he got back to me. He didn't leave me high and dry like the other places. He said he'd give it a go and that with his 27 years of experience that he was very confident he'd get it done, even tho 3 of the body panels needed to come off the vehicle to insert the glass. Anyhoo. He was very fast, great communication, did a great job, price was more than fair and I wished they were the first place that I called! I would recommend AAA to everyone 10/10.

I had multiple chips and cracks in the windshield of my Lexus. I am picky and wanted to make sure I got OEM glass installed, so the Lexus dealer recommended AAA. I called and talked with Marcia and she was wonderful! She handled all the insurance paperwork and scheduling for me. She was super communicative and I always knew what was going on. Logan, the installer, came out at the time I was told. He did a fantastic job on the installation and cleaned up my truck and the area in my shop he was working. Overall I can't give enough praise for this process and all my thanks.

This business, if you can call it that, is a scam. They caused all the cameras and sensors used for collision and lane keep assist in my wife's car to mess up when replacing the windshield and will not take responsibility for their screw up. Do not have your windshield replaced here. You will only have more problems to fix if you let them touch your car.

Melissa, Erik, and Josh did an outstanding job getting me taken care of quickly. The communication was phenomenal from start to finish. They got me in on a very short notice and I was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend to anybody needed an auto glass repair.
