UPDATE: Went to another body shop and now my car fully fixed back to how it was prior to being wrecked. Gerber put aftermarket parts on my vehicle when my insurance approved OEM parts. Aftermarket parts didn’t fit. I even asked why the bumper didnt sit right and was told it’s because it’s aftermarket…… I asked why aftermarket parts were used and was told it was my insurance. Spoke with my insurance and OEM parts were never requested and there is not reason they wouldn’t approve OEM parts…. I was not asked through this whole process if aftermarket parts were ok …. I would have denied them. Why would it be your choice to put aftermarket parts that don’t fit my car on my car without my permission?? They used an aftermarket window in my Durango and that’s why it does fit right. Was never told about that either….. would have paid for the OEM window. Seriously take your car somewhere else! I DONT recommend this company!! My insurance company recommended them when my husband hit a deer so we used them. Told me the car was ready picked it up the front bumper had a big gap in it and hump where they “made it fit” when I asked about it I was told to bring my car back I didn’t need to drop it off they just need to look at it. Then proceeded to tell me that the aftermarket parts just might not fit and I will have to go fight my insurance but they were going to pull it in and look at it. Mind you I told them I was on lunch and didn’t have long. Lo and behold they didn’t have the bumper clipped on the right spot so they moved it up and looks ok….While this car is in the shop my window was busted so I thought I would order it from them as well since they have a glass thing too. BAD IDEA!!!! I was lied to off the jump go yes we have it in stock and you can get it replaced tomorrow! Sweet right can’t beat that! WRONG got a call 10 mins before my appt that they actually don’t have the glass and it’s backordered and going to take 14 days to get here……. I love being lied to! Finally got my window in and it sticks out and you can see the glue they used. Contacted them and they came out and said since it’s aftermarket it’s not going to fit right……. EXCUSE ME!!! Why was I not told this prior to it being put in and charged $400???? So now I’m out the $400 and having to get it replaced elsewhere to look normal!! Very bad customer service could care less about your vehicles you will have to fight to get it looking normally before your accident. Save the headache and your money and go somewhere else!!

When the Memorial Day tornado hit, it damaged my car. I went to Stephen for a windshield replacement—he was the only person in town who could get one for my vehicle at the time. When I dropped my car off, he informed me that the first windshield arrived damaged. No big deal—I appreciated the honesty and patience while he ordered another. The replacement was installed, but the very next day I noticed blurry blemishes on the windshield that I couldn’t clean off. Stephen came to my home, looked at it himself, and confirmed the blemishes were between the layers of glass. He said he would look into getting it replaced. The issue is that was over a year ago, and nothing has been resolved. I’ve reached out multiple times—every few months—because I understand it might be hard to find the part. But at this point, it’s clear they just don’t want to take a loss on replacing it. They refunded me $100 (which I specifically said I didn’t want—I just wanted a proper replacement), but I paid over $600, and that refund doesn’t fix the actual issue. This windshield has visible blemishes directly in the driver’s line of sight, making it difficult and even dangerous to drive at night. That’s not acceptable. I really tried to be patient and understanding, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend this place, especially if you expect accountability or long-term customer service. Update** we were reached out to at least 6 months ago. Can’t remember the guys name of the top of my head, but he came out, looked at the windshield, apologized for the situation, said it was in his hands and it would be fixed and offered for us to have dinner on him. Complete professional service. He followed up with my husband a few days later stating he found a windshield in Dallas and he’d be in touch when it arrived. 6 months has passed and no word from anyone on anything. My husband and I have both had to get new phones and no longer have his contact information, but also shouldn’t be on us, the paying customer, to be nagging and following up. We have been more than patient and understanding with the situation. Now with the days shorter, having to drive at night with blemishes in direct view makes it uncomfortable and unsafe. I just want my windshield fixed.

I am still speechless because of how amazing my service was here. I will never go to any other body shop if my vehicle gets damaged again. I treat my car like my baby, and so did NWA Collision haha! From the receptionist, to the techs, to the estimator, just everything, my entire experience was amazing. I just want to stop and thank this entire Collision Center because even those who only helped me for a little bit, STILL gave me the best customer service. Also i am a super busy person, i have two jobs and i go to school so i am all about time and i am always on the go, and the fact that even AFTER the work was done on my vehicle, i saw an issue with my car still, i went back and they were able to finish the job during my lunch! Literally in just a few minutes, i never had to wait! It was great! & the whole team is just amazing ! If you're looking at reviews to find out where to go, don't go anywhere else but here. If you want to be treated with great service and want to have your car well taken care of/looking good. This is the place to go. They even left me a sweet card and cleaned my vehicle for me after fixing it, and if you are always on the go like me, you KNOW your car is scary inside haha! One last thank you to the team at this location, i really do appreciate how much you guys went above and beyond for me and i noticed every small detail you guys did for me to make my service better. I was dissapointed when I got my vehicle back. I have unfortunatley had my vehicle put in the shop a couple of times. The first time, Gerber was great, kept me updated, and my car was clean when I got it back. I had been recommending others and sharing how great they took care of my car last time, this was the main reason why I chose this company again. THIS time however , my car was worse when it was brought in, someone had wrecked into me while I was on my way home with lunch so it caused a disaster of food and drink mess , my car had to be towed but Gerber and my Insurance company both assured me my car would be cleaned before giving it back to me, even kept my car an additional day for said detailing. Ive had my car back for a little over a week and im still cleaning up WHOLE food peices and sticky messes from drinks, MOLD grew in my backseat from the drink spillage and no one cleaning it, there were still smudges of where the food hit the windshield and all. If i would have known that my car would be left like that I would have had arrangements for a detail while it was in line to be put in the shop (apx 2 weeks before they could even estimate then had to wait for parts and repair) my car was in for almost 2 months with very little updates . I only gave 3 stars because all repairs were completed and I havent had any issues with that side of things. - Management has reached out and rectified this issue. Took some motorcycle parts back in that Indian Motorcycle had painted for me 3 mos prior and they were chipping and there was debris under the paint. Was actually told they dont do motorcycle parts!! I asked why they accepted the work and was told because they were asked too. So left my parts and was called about a week later and told they were ready. They were brought out to me and they had touched them up but no clear coat so they were still and none of the glitter could be seen. I expressed my dissatisfaction and said I think the vents on the lowers need to be redone, they agreed so I left them another week. Got the call they were done, went to get them they put clear coat over them and never redid the paint and now there is more debris under the paint. Was told by Justin at Indian motorcycle if they came back a second time and we’re not satisfactory to bring them by the shop. So I took them back over there Justin was also not impressed with the work and is keeping them to send them out to another painter and he will not be sending work to them. I was also told if they had this other painter to begin with he would’ve never sent my parts there!

This body shop is one of the best I've been to. Disclaimer: I’m not sure how to navigate to the Farmington location, so I want to clarify I went to that one, so I can’t say anything either way about the Rogers location. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone there was familiar with my situation, the quotes, etc.- I didn't have to explain what was happening to 5 different people; their internal communication is obviously top notch. I was debating about whether to get a new bumper (I got hit), or just do cosmetic work. They happily gave me quotes for both. In the end, my budget dictated getting the cosmetic work done at a VERY reasonable price. I was very pleased with the outcome- my car looks new, like the accident didn't happen. They only took 3 hours to do the work by the time I finally brought it in, and the cost was lower than the original quote because they discovered they didn't need one of the pieces they'd originally included in the estimate. The staff is so friendly, personable, and just down to earth. I never felt like they were trying to get extra money from me, or "upsell" me in any way. I highly recommend NWA Collision!

Took advantage of the fact that it was an insurance claim. They overwrite the quote so that the insurance will just trash your car. Such a throw away world! The car was not trash and we walked away from Gerber fast. Mind you, when I made AN APPOINTMENT to see a manager, he wasn't there when I came in and wouldn't be back for an hour, had JUST left for lunch at 3pm! Wasted my time and I do not appreciate setting an appointment for a manager to be ignorant and rude. I would never ever ever recommend you just based on that fact. The 3 other times I called asking for a manager, they would never put one on the phone. They would stumble and try to answer the question, but never would allow you to talk to a manager. That's suspicious at best!

Someone came around a corner, through our yard, into the driveway and slammed my husband's truck into my SUV. It was devastating to lose both vehicles at the same time. This happened on a Sunday. The following Monday, I was able to bring both vehicles to Northwest Arkansas Collision Center and picked up both the rental cars from there. My husband's truck was totaled and my SUV had a lot of damage. I was impressed at how painless the process was using them. They even had my vehicle ready 6 days before it was scheduled and it looks great. Thank you so much Northwest Arkansas Collision Center! I'm not sure we would have gotten through it without you!

We brought our Jeep in for repairs after the tornado recently. They failed us at every step. They lost our estimate. They lost our booking for repairs. We went ahead with our appointment. The top on our Jeep was the primary concern as it was ripped open. They ordered the top AFTER we dropped it off even though they had a month to get it ordered prior. The estimator failed. The manager took over and he failed and lied many times. Then blamed us. Needless to say we got our Jeep back unfinished and are going elsewhere. Their communication is atrocious. The “manager” didn’t want to take care of us he just wanted to be right.

I absolutely love the service that I receive on the phone and in person. Always pleasant to speak with, very willing to work with and communicate with me. There was something wrong with the insurance check but they helped make phone calls so we could get the issue resolved right away and it was first thing the next day. Great work done on my vehicle and I will always recommend them to anyone who needs any work done. They give you a detailed list of everything they thought they would need to do and a list of everything they did. Complete transparency throughout the entire process.
