They replaced the windshield and it looks great and also fixed my power window switch on the interior of my truck free of charge. I am still speechless because of how amazing my service was here. I will never go to any other body shop if my vehicle gets damaged again. I treat my car like my baby, and so did NWA Collision haha! From the receptionist, to the techs, to the estimator, just everything, my entire experience was amazing. I just want to stop and thank this entire Collision Center because even those who only helped me for a little bit, STILL gave me the best customer service. Also i am a super busy person, i have two jobs and i go to school so i am all about time and i am always on the go, and the fact that even AFTER the work was done on my vehicle, i saw an issue with my car still, i went back and they were able to finish the job during my lunch! Literally in just a few minutes, i never had to wait! It was great! & the whole team is just amazing ! If you're looking at reviews to find out where to go, don't go anywhere else but here. If you want to be treated with great service and want to have your car well taken care of/looking good. This is the place to go. They even left me a sweet card and cleaned my vehicle for me after fixing it, and if you are always on the go like me, you KNOW your car is scary inside haha! One last thank you to the team at this location, i really do appreciate how much you guys went above and beyond for me and i noticed every small detail you guys did for me to make my service better.
