Dr B's Windshield Repair Co

This service was excellent. I had been wondering what to do about the golf-ball size Star impact damage on the passenger side of my windshield. When I took my car in to McLarty Toyota in North Little Rock, Dr. B spotted my problem and politely asked me if I’d like help with that. He let me know that most insurance companies waive deductibles for that kind of damage. Sure enough, when I called mine (Amica) they said that he’s on their preferred list of repairers, so they called him and provided approval. I left my car for the needed Toyota service, and when I returned to pick it up, the windshield repair was done, and Dr. D assures me that the crack won’t spread. With no charge to me! Thank you.!

I was needing my back windshield replaced and got quotes from every place that does glass around Central AR wanting to get it done asap. Dr.B was able to get the windshield I needed not only the quickest but also the cheapest as well! I actually spent the least amount of time on the phone than everybody else I talked to saving me time and money and getting back on the road quickly!

Dr B. Is one in a million. He came out to me and sealed my chip. It was supposed to be about 75 but because he couldn’t do a lot he only charged me 25. Who does that? This guy does. Such a gentleman. Really pleased and will be using him for all my windshield needs. Super honest, not just trying to make a buck.

Dr B is the best! He took time during his off day to fix my wife’s BMW. The crack was almost 12” long, and he stopped the spread and saved us hundreds of dollars. Honest and trustworthy! Excellent work! We could not be more pleased. Don’t trust anyone else with your windshield repair or replacement!

I've been going to Dr. B for years. My first visit he replaced my whole windshield. He was professional and his great personality is a bonus. Dr. B has also repaired several of my windshield cracks superiorly. I recommend to anyone who needs windshield, replacement or repairs. He is Awesome.

I drive truck and all the other places needed you to make an appointment. I could not i never know when i will be in and doctor B had the cure told me to roll on in and he could get to me. No appointment necessary. It was easy Peezy and he was a hell of a nice guy.

Had a small rock fall from the overpass and leave a star sized crack. For sure thought I’d need a new glass, but turns out I didn’t. Dr. B fixed it and it’s almost non-existent. I will always go here first before any glass window shop. Fully recommend !!

Great guy great service easy to work with. Best part was he answered the phone and took the time to talk with me about what was going on and then I had to call him back and he answered. A+ for communication and job well done.

I took a rock to my week old truck windshield driving behind a dump truck on I-40. Called Dr. B’s Windshield Repair and 40 minutes later had my crack fixed and was back to work. Great work and a gentleman to speak with.
