Requested a quote online for full windshield replacement on my 2008 GMC New Sierra Denali on Sunday. I received a call and text back less than 24 hours. Had my vehicle there within an hour of receiving the best price quote with all sensors required etc as well. The owner and every single employee were all very very welcoming. I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Brett Billingsley and the team at Auto Glass Now for their exceptional service and persistence in resolving a very challenging windshield replacement issue on my 2017 Honda Ridgeline. The process started on October 18, 2024, when I first had my windshield replaced. Unfortunately, shortly after installation, my vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) and lane alignment system malfunctioned. Auto Glass Now immediately acknowledged the issue and began troubleshooting. Over the next several months, they replaced the windshield three separate times in an attempt to fix the issue. Despite their best efforts, the problem persisted, and it became clear that the replacement windshields were not properly aligned, possibly due to an issue with aftermarket glass. At that point, Brett recommended switching to an OEM windshield directly from Honda, which seemed to be the best solution. Unfortunately, this is where the timeline became extended—due to a manufacturing defect on Honda’s end—which caused significant delays in getting the correct OEM glass. While this was out of Auto Glass Now’s hands, they continued to cover the cost of the three replacements, and Brett was a key point of contact throughout, keeping me updated and offering alternative solutions when necessary. After seven long months, on April 29, 2025, the correct OEM windshield was finally installed, and all systems were calibrated and functioning properly after a final visit on May 28, 2025. While the situation was frustratingly drawn out, Auto Glass Now’s team showed nothing but professionalism, persistence, and integrity, ensuring that I wasn’t left with any out-of-pocket expenses and that my concerns were addressed every step of the way. I truly appreciate their dedication to customer service, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto glass services. They may not be able to control every aspect of supply chain issues, but they definitely took care of me like a priority.

My experience was a great one. I called as soon as they opened for business yesterday. I needed a back glass for my granddaughter’s Subaru. I just knew they wouldn’t have one on hand being an odd vehicle. Joe immediately looked it up and they definitely had it in the warehouse. I was told they would work me. I left her car around 11:30 and at 2:06 I received a call her car was fixed and ready to go. That was a quick work in and I appreciate them getting it fixed so soon. The office staff are a pleasure to work with. All so kind and helpful. I give them an A plus rating across the board!!!

This service was excellent. I had been wondering what to do about the golf-ball size Star impact damage on the passenger side of my windshield. When I took my car in to McLarty Toyota in North Little Rock, Dr. B spotted my problem and politely asked me if I’d like help with that. He let me know that most insurance companies waive deductibles for that kind of damage. Sure enough, when I called mine (Amica) they said that he’s on their preferred list of repairers, so they called him and provided approval. I left my car for the needed Toyota service, and when I returned to pick it up, the windshield repair was done, and Dr. D assures me that the crack won’t spread. With no charge to me! Thank you.!

Fantastic place to get your windshield replacement. They make it as easy as possible. I jumped the gun and called Generations Auto Glass and let them know I would need to do an insurance claim and they said no problem and gave me the info to report to my own insurance company. I called my insurance company, they contacted Generations Auto Glass, Generations Auto Glass called me and told me when the OEM glass would be delivered and asked when I’d like to bring my car. I dropped my car off that morning, a little late even, and they called me around noon to let me know my car was ready. Generations Glass had to recalibrate and deal with all the high tech stuff that goes along with replacing glass on a 22 Mercedes GLE450 but had no problems getting it handled. I didn’t have to make an extra trip to Mercedes where I know that it wouldn’t have been this simple. If you have insurance or don’t, definitely let Generations Glass handle it and save yourself money and time. Not to mention they are just kind, down to earth people that are so easy to work with.

THIS MAN STANDS BEHIND HIS WORK!!! I came across Glass Pros because the dealer refused to fix the rear window, Hyundai said they were not allowed to do it because of the glue involved… and so I had to find a third-party to do it. They referred me to Glass Pros. They said he could do it, and gave me his business card. Cody called me back after I left him a voicemail. He said he could be there the next morning. And he was. He changed that window out right in my garage. But a strange thing happened, when the rear door closed, it beeped ten times! Cody called the dealer and asked what is 10 beeps mean? They didn’t know, I kid you not, the dealer didn’t know what the car was trying to say. So they couldn’t help Cody and the door wouldn’t close or open. After he fussed with the car, & the dealer service, telling him nothing useful, I paid him and said I would take it to the dealer in the morning. Which I did, and that lead nowhere. The service manager brought out a $1000 part and said I had to have that installed. And then Corporate told them 10 beeps was because the computer was trying to tell me not to drive the car because the door was not closed. 10 beeps = Warning Warning Warning Will Robinson!!! Well I was livid. How could the dealer not know this? My Santa Fe Ultimate was 6000 miles past warranty coverage. (60,000) By the time I called Cody, he already got the word that I was not happy. So he went to the dealer and bought that $1000 part. He said he had to do one job and then he would be over to my house to put it in! Now Cody said this has never happened to him in the past, and I do believe him. I have that kind of luck. When he got there, we discussed it and that just maybe, some glass had gotten into the $1000 latch mechanism and once it was out of the door he could try to clean the glass out and put mine back in. Which was what wound up happening. I didn’t stand over him watching, because by this point he had proved he cares a lot more than the dealer did. He told me it was fixed, and that he was going to bring that brand new part back and get his money back. Imagine that… 10 beeps equals the MEGA warning that nobody knows about

I was totally surprised at how good this company was. Their front desk people were friendly and smart and helpful. The company text message reminders were worthwhile and helpful. I have had window replacement experience several times in last few years, especially after the numerous hail storms in Arkansas. Another company replaced my 2004 GTO windshield a month ago; that lasted 2 weeks before developing a large crack ; beside charging 100 bucks more than Safelight, they denied any warranty responsibility claiming it was hit by a stone (it wasn't). These guys got the job done within 1 hour of arriving; their people know what they were doing and their shop was clean and professional- not junky and dirty like fly-by-night places I've dealt with. I am very happy with their overall service and competence.
