Mr. Auto Glass

I used Mr. Auto Glass in my previous car to get my windshield replaced. They did a fantastic job. Since then, I got a new car and my windshield cracked. My mom had taken hers to a place 20 minutes closer to our house and they said they would give me a discount on mine. As a college student, of course I’m going to go anywhere with a discount LOL. Well, you get what you pay for and they couldn’t get this cover for my camera/sensors on the windshield to stay in place. After 3 attempts with them, I got a refund and went to Mr. Auto Glass since I had a great experience with them in my previous car. They took great care of me and wouldn’t let me pay for this minor service. Thank you so much! Accidentally ripped the defrost wire off the back window on my Jeep and got a referral to Mr. Auto Glass for the fix. Can’t say enough positive things about the customer service. He answered all of my questions and they did a great job on the repair. Everyone is polite and friendly. And I can definitely say they listen to each customer - I mentioned today was my first day back at work when dropping off my Jeep in the morning and I was surprised when I walked in the door and he asked how my first day back was. 👍🏻 That kind of small gesture really makes a customer feel good about the place they do business at. Incurred damage to the windshield of my 2014 Nissan Titan Pro 4X. Needed replacement. Insurance routed me through one of the big national chains who, even with a “discount” through my insurance, quoted me over $400. Only $30 of that accounted for mobile service. I called Bobby at Mr. Auto Glass and he got me in within a few days of the other quote, at less than half the price. Drop-off took less than five minutes and he had it done well before close of business. Excellent work, windshield looks perfect. None of my belongings disturbed in the truck, they even transferred over my oil change sticker to the new windshield. What do you do when you have a lug nut go through your windshield and land in the backseat? It was a huge mess, and glass was everywhere! Very fine pieces of glass covered the entire interior of the car. It was like glitter. We are so lucky nobody was injured, and we are also glad we had so many of our friends recommended MR.AutoGlass. They made the whole process easy. It only took them a few hours to remove and replace the windshield, clean up all the broken glass, and deal with the insurance company. It’s so nice when a company takes your bad situation and makes it a positive outcome.

Called a few days ahead and made an appointment because my front windshield developed a big crack after the recent freezing and cold weather. Bobby was super helpful at making sure everything was done properly. They were even nice enough to transfer my front windshield parking stickers to the new glass! I had to reschedule with them 3 times, based off of my work and no fault of their own at all. I called a competitor for a windshield replacement and they told me to call back in a month! But these guys could have gotten me in in 2 days! Highly impressed with the work they did and the atmosphere they create. After speaking with the owner for a bit he’s great too! Would have been 5. Fast service, good pricing to replace my back glass. However, no one warned me to remove everything from my back seat, and under it before hand or I would. When I got to my truck everything from under the seat and on the seats were piled up in my front seat, in a MESS. My car seat looked to have been just tossed back inside too. Very bad look. Not sure why my belongings were so hard to place back where they were found originally. The photo attached is how I found my stuff when I got inside.

I’ve needed the windshield on my car replaced for a long time. One of my younger brothers went here and recommended the place, so I kept the business card he gave me and called them up. They got me quoted and scheduled to fix within a reasonable timeframe. Upon my windshield being replaced, they informed me that they had accidentally broken my rearview mirror in the process. I went back the very next day and they replaced it for free. Great service, friendly management and reasonable wait times.

I highly recommend these guys. Had the windshield replaced in my Trailblazer and the new one developed a small crack in the corner that I noticed about a week later. Contacted the shop and they had me swing by, checked it out and replaced it a few days later just as soon as it came in from being ordered. I have had absolutely no issues with the replacement. Fast and friendly service at an extremely reasonable price and they stand behind their work.
