I started to drive my car one day and noticed a chip on my windshield and a few small cracks staring out from it. I was devastated. I contacted safelite who was recommended by my insurance and quickly booked a same day appointment online. The process was super fast and easy. When I drove to ft smith I ended up being early. Christian was my technician. He was friendly, professional, and personable. He was able to get my car in right away. I thought I was going to be waiting an hour so we helped ourself to the free coffee in the lobby and played in the children’s area with my grandson. Christian kept us informed every step of the way and had us heading out the door in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything in great detail. I was very impressed with the work he did. He saved my windshield and eased my anxiety when I didn’t know what to expect. They handled everything with my insurance. I highly recommend that you check these guys out if you get a chip or crack in your windshield. Their service is amazing and the people are awesome. I hope I never have to go back, but if I ever need this service again, I will definitely go back to this location. Thank you Christian!!

My rear quarter window on my 2008 Prius was severely damaged in a recent hail storm. That side of my car is the side exposed while under my carport.my insurance agent arranged for Safelite to replace the window. The local shop texted me and set up a perfect time window for me. The technician called 30 minutes prior to arriving to let me know that he was on his way. I mentioned working 2nd shift. He immediately suggested that he would take care of the window and just text me when he finished. Since my insurance was paying for it, he would just email me the receipt. I woke up. I had a text thanking me for using Safelite and informing me that my car was ready. There was no glass pieces anywhere. He did a very neat and professional job. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received.

Needed a repair to my windshield. Everything from starting online to finishing at the shop was extremely easy, professional and stress free!!! Received several useful/reminder texts leading up to the appointment. Very satisfied with Safelite and would recommend them to anyone needing auto glass repair/replacement!!! 😁 UPDATE: MAY 2025 Needed another repair and everything went as well as the first time! They do excellent work! Thankfully, our insurance company arranged the initial call and repair details to them (on our behalf) and, after that, it only took a few minutes for a Safelite representative to telephone us, get a few pieces of information, and then set up an appointment time and date for the windshield replacement. Important to us was having an OEM window - which was expertly installed and calibrated by their service technicians. Friendly, knowledgeable and very highly recommended.

The Safelite technicians were professional and informative, and accomplished the windshield replacement and calibration of my SUV in a timely manner. They were also able to remove and save the toll tag to be reinstalled on the windshield. I was thoroughly impressed with their convenient schedule, courteous service and affordable prices. Overall I had a great experience at Safelite and would highly recommend them as a premier glass repair facility.

Workmanship was fantastic, installer was friendly, well mannered and professional. What happens before they arrive is another story. Too many (9 to be exact) calls, emails, and texts to confirm the appointment. I almost cancelled due to the amount of confirmations. I responded to each one, but one would think that two would be sufficient. One after the initial scheduling and one the day prior.

We have used Safelite a few times over the years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very polite, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They have repaired a few cracks and have replaced a whole windshield over the past several years o different vehicles we have had. Need a repair or new windshield??? Call or go to a Safelite. Easy to schedule with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Professional, friendly and expert installation technician, and fantastic new windshield which was better than my previous windshield before it was cracked, plus warranty!! And all I had to do was give the phone staff my insurance info and they took care of dealing with my insurance company! One phone call!

The technicians are professional, courteous and timely— not only with me, but also with every other customer I witnessed come in/out during my service. Shawn did a great job walking me through what I needed to know and keeping me informed during the service. Online booking is convenient and my service was completed a bit ahead of predicted schedule.

This is not a paid survey. I'm a verified customer. I had my front windshield replaced on my car. Safelite was sufficient and on time in fact I think they're early. My technician was very proficient and professional. Explain the details of what they're going to do and instructions afterwards. Yes I would highly recommend them.
