Auto Glass Now

100000% recommend! I don’t do reviews but something was pulling me to write this one! I own a 2 year old vehicle and was quoted 5/600 any place I would call and just about gave up looking until I called this place and they were literally HALF the price! The ladies at the front were absolutely amazing, offered her cellular hotspot for me to work on schoolwork while I waited. I was told prior that it would take about an hour to put on so I got comfy and they pulled my car around after 25 minutes or so! This experience was unacceptable. When my son got to the car after the work was "completed", he saw broken pieces of glass everywhere. He went back and told them, and they did a very quick vacuum but still left visible pieces inside the car. My son had just detailed the car and was clearly upset by their poor quality and returned home to thoroughly vacuum it himself. I called the shop and spoke with Robin the supervisor. She apologized and agreed that the work was unacceptable. She also said the tech was in a hurry to get to his girlfriend's pinning ceremony. I cannot recommend this shop, and am disappointed that my insurance connected me with them. Given this rush job, we will monitor the windshield closely for leaks or other defects.

This was easily the best experience i have ever had in a place i knew nothing about dealing with a problem on a vehicle i never thought id have. Mandy made this whole experience smooth and easy. She was so helpful when i was so anxious about this windshield. The price was unbeatable in my opinion it was LITERALLY DONE in 40 minutes! For reference i have a gmc sierra 1500. As far as i know there are not any special sensors or anything in my windshield. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Thank you guys!

I made an appointment online for 8:00. I showed up at my appointed time and they indicated that my ticket had been canceled they couldn't tell me why, they couldn't tell me by whom. I never received notification that my appointment was canceled They said they can get me done by late that afternoon but I was going on vacation immediately following having my windshield replaced so I couldn't wait until late in the day.. Why should I have to? That is why I made an appointment.

I called and request a quote for my windshield. They gave me a quote and told me my appointment was at 8:30. They didn’t get started on it till about 9:40 and then they tell me that they ordered the wrong windshield so I had to come back another day another day to get it replaced. One day later I noticed something was starting to come unglued. So once again I had to come back for them to fix that. Thankfully that didn’t take but 5 minutes.

Fast Friendly Service! Only took about hour to replace and calibrate sensors. Almost 1/2 the price of other repair shops around. This is the 2nd car I have had a windshield replaced in by AGN and I will continue to price shop but they are the cheapest and best I have found! i would like to tell you about my experience with auto glass now next to car dealerships on dave ward in conway i accidentally forgot my wallet sitting open in the lobby i woke up n had messages and call from the to tell me they found my wallet everything looked fine i will go back there for sure for future business the people were great i will send people there if they need glass work done

I found this auto glass business on my way home in Conway. I stopped in to find out if they could fix the rock chip in my windshield. From start to finish, I wad out the door and back on the road in less than 30 minutes! I gave them my insurance information, and the young lady took care of everything. I highly recommend them for your glass needs!!

Excellent service! I have had other windshields put in over the years by other locations, and this one is the best installation job!! The woman up from is kind and professional and gave a warm welcome feeling to the room!!!! I couldn't be happier with my experience with Auto Glass Now. My wife's front windshield was damaged by a rock. Stopped in right before closing on a Monday and set up an appointment for Wednesday morning. They worked directly with my insurance and got paid by them. Staff was clearly busy but very courteous and ready to help. Recommend 100%
