I don’t typically write reviews but I’m so impressed by this company I had to! Let me just start by saying Clay is truly a kind, genuine man and what every business owner should aspire to be! He went above and beyond to help me replace my windshield and some of the stripping that was damaged. He fit me in and had it all done within a couple hours and even helped repair a chip in my husband’s window the same day! Thank you so much for being so accommodating. I will never go anywhere else and will recommend to anyone who needs it! 1000000000000/10

Great customer service! I was getting the run around from Safelite, glass was not repairable so they sent someone to replace the windshield. Did not have OEM glass for my Jeep Wrangler, but offered to see if insurance would approve it. Eight days later still no call back from Safelite, talked to Varsity(Billy) and he got the claim switched to them, and the new windshield install that morning. They even asked about the front tinting and took care of that. Already referred a new customer from the RV resort.

Cole @ Varsity Auto Glass is a godsend! When the windshield on our R8 cracked the company that our insurance provider originally chose was a nightmare to work with. After about a month of going back and forth we were linked up with Cole at Varsity and he handled our claim with ease and took care of everything on the insurance side. He was attentive and highly communicative with when and where our glass replacement would be coming from and when we could expect an installation. The day of installation was quick and easy! We opted for mobile service and their team came to us on time and ready to roll. The installers were efficient and careful. I would highly recommend Varsity Auto Glass and we look forward to working with them for any of our future glass replacement needs!

A little physics lesson: For every action has an equal or opposite reaction. That said. When you accidentally disturb one end of a hose by pulling on it, there's a excellent possiblity that you disturb or broke the other end, even though you didn't touch the end broken. Accidents happen, but it takes a person with integrity to admit that there was a possibility the action caused the problem on the other end. Varsity has failed this on all ends, this was my first experience with them and will be my last. Business ethics at thier best, BLAME THE CUSTOMER.

I am from Sierra Vista. This is the fourth time I have used Varsity Auto Glass. Would recommend this shop 100%. Quick efficient and a great value. This time I was helping out a buddy and it was a cash buy. By far the lowest price I could find. We were in and out in less than 40 minutes for a total front windshield replacement. The owner was not there, but his son Cole prove to be very capable and professional. Love this place!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My husband and I take our cars here and wont go anywhere else. They are super friendly and sufficient. The price is good and we never had any troubles with the windows or the tint and they were pretty quick to get us in or work with our schedule. They've replaced our windshields (drive the highway a lot so lots of cracks and breaks) and put tint on our cars. We will always recommend anyone who needs tint or window replaced to go here.

Needed new windshield. The owner and staff are the kind of people you want to help you. I dont believe there is another company in Tucson who could have helped us.with our problems with NCS/AGIS tell your insurance agents to dump this company they blamed me when their web based program would not work because of my security permissons. They are not pleasant to deal with already complained to my agent and switching insurance companies.

I cannot say enough good things about the service and support I have received at Varsity Auto Glass for the two windshield replacements I've had-- thus is the way of Jeep Wrangler ownership. They give expert guidance (saved me from overspending on glass that Jeep advertised as extra durable, but isn't), guide through the insurance claim process, and are simply a joy to work with. I'm a big fan.

We have had to have so many car windows repaired and replaced recently. Clay, the owner at Varsity has been amazing to work with. He replaced out Tundra windshield for 1/2 the price that Safelight quoted us, using the exact same piece of glass they would have furnished. The service we received was ABOVE AND BEYOND in every way!!! Thanks Clay. We'll be back. Thanks. HIghly recommend.
