I’ve procrastinated getting a new windshield for way too long. Finally I called around and 520 Auto Glass was willing to do a 3-way call with my insurance company to help me submit a claim. This really took some of the stress off of the task. Although D Andre was willing to come to my home, we decided it would be easier to calibrate my car’s lane-divergence system in his shop. I drove to the centrally located shop and he had me in and out in the estimated amount of time. D Andre was polite, seems to have done a great job (It’s only been 24 hours), and even gave me a reasonable quote for new tinting on my back window which I desperately need.

Very honest, friendly, helpful service. Our RV windshield started to delaminate in one corner after an accident. We were worried that we would have to get a new windshield. But, American and Foreign Auto were able to reset the windshield, saving us hundreds of dollars. The work was done efficiently and got us back on the road within a few hours. Good people! Got a crack in my windshield just a few days before a road trip. Called here immediately after hanging up with my insurance, and they were able to get me in the next day. They were faster than they'd estimated, and did a good clean job as well as being friendly. They were thorough in explaining what to expect as well as what they offer if my windshield were to get damaged again. Well, given my luck, I was in 2 weeks later after taking another rock and being gifted a fat chip. They repaired it for me in just a few minutes right when I went in- for free. 5 stars for the hospitality though; I had my kiddo along, who was particularly interested in the process. They caught him watching through the window, and invited him out to see and explain what they were doing. Although I'm genuinely not hoping to be taking anymore damage to my vehicle, they have definitely earned my sole patronage should the need arise.

I previously would use the suggested vendor from my insurance company [Safe_____]. Any little rock and I would get a chip or crack. I had the windshield replaced 3 times in one year. I learned that the other national company uses inferior glass. Windshield number 4 was put in 3 years ago from Citywide Auto Glass. Not one chip or crack and I've had rocks hit my glass several times. Buy local. Citywide did an amazing job with my windshield and the windshield is still in perfect condition 3 years later!

I have been using Express Auto Glass windshield service for 4 different vehicles over the last 7 or 8 years. They were originally located near the Rio Rico area yet they still would service Oracle and San Manuel, more than an hour away. Their business is now based out of Tucson. Today, July.18.2024, two of Express Glass' skilled windshield installers, Ismail and Isaiah, replaced my 2012 Toyota Tacoma windshield at my residence in San Manuel, in my carport. They unloaded their portable mechanic's office and went to work after showing me up front the replacement window. It looked excellent and certainly is now that their installation is finished. I checked the final product from inside the driver's seat view and the glass is clear with no distortion. Their install is clean with the glass gasket fitting tightly and seated beautifully, something I've not always seen done properly by other glass companies. I want to thank Express Glass for sending me their "A-Team". It's so nice to experience dedicated, masterful workers at their best. Thanks also to Erika, the front desk magician who fielded quite a few phone calls between me and my insurance company. The insurance company was extremely careful and required photos of my old windshield before they'd give it the OK for replacement. Lots of hoops to jump through however Erika managed with a peaceful attitude and effective conversations. This is a top glass company folks. Look no further.

Highly recommend this shop! About an hour west of El Centro, CA, at 10:30 am, my wife gets hit by a rock and shatters the windshield. I call multiple auto glass shops in Tucson, AZ, in an attempt to have the windshield replaced while traveling through. After multiple failed attempts, either because the windshield is unavailable or the techs are booked, Matrix Auto Glass & Tint saved the day. Charlie and a second associate (I apologize for not remembering your name) were quick to answer the call, find my windshield, answer all my questions, and make themselves available to replace my wife’s windshield. He even offered to stay late to help her out. Once my wife arrived (3:15 pm), they insisted on driving her to a local restaurant while she waited. After less than an hour, the Jeep windshield replacement was done and they picked her up. My wife and I are extremely impressed with their service and highly recommend this shop. My wife also added that they were complete gentlemen when greeting her, insisting on transportation to the restaurant, and by opening and closing her vehicle door. On a side note for all Jeep owners, Matrix Auto Glass & Tint offers a Gorilla glass for jeeps. Our Geico auto insurance covered the replacement as long as I paid my deductible. The cost of the gorilla windshield was the same as if I replaced it with the original glass. The Gorilla glass (Mopar part) also includes the gorilla and original jeep emblem. The insurance premium is not affected because you are not considered at fault for rock chips or cracks.
