Quick Summary: Went in for a windshield replacement, the technicians did not reinstall the side trim piece back properly, which was causing noise while driving, I can only hope they treated the rest of the windshield installation with more care and precision than the trim installation, only time will tell at this point. The workers inside the service location were nice and helpful at the time of my appointment, but terrible customer service experience regarding the loose trim after the fact. Got my windshield replaced through insurance on a new 2024 Honda Civic with less than 4k miles. The technicians were nice but my appointment took longer than expected as they told me they couldn't figure out how to recalibrate the active cruise and lane keep assist camera. When I got the car back I noticed a cyclic thumping noise as I drove, I noticed that the noise was coming from the plastic trim for the passenger side curtain airbag trim as it was loose and not reinstalled properly. I didn't want to mess with it incase I accidentally set off the airbag, so I called Safelite twice, was put on hold twice, and both times the phone was disconnected before they could forward me to their service department. I gave up trying to contact them and did my best to clip to the trim back in place, I can only hope that they didn't forget to reconnect any electrical connectors for the airbag or any sensors behind the trim.

Contacted Safelite on-line for the glass repair and recalabration of my windshield. Supposedly they called Progressive (my insurance carrier) and everything was approved. Appointment was set and arrived 20 min early. Was told the amount owed on the work order was wrong (saying I owed more than my deductible). Safelite went on to help other people instead of contacting a Manager or Supervisor or anyone else to get the issue solved while I sat and my car sat and sat and sat. They made countless phone calls, even to include Progessive, who verified the amount due, but still refused to do the service. After an hour of waiting while others with service times after mine kept getting their service done, I asked if they could at least get the car winshield started since they had verification through the insurance carrier of the amount due and was told no, that was against Safelite's policy and since the Insurance carrier messed everything up, nothing they could do but reschedule me. Then when i go to file a complaint, come to find out Safelite is affiliated with Progressive. I went somewhere else and doubt will ever use Safelite in the future.

Rock on a highway chipped my window. Filed a claim with USAA. No hassle with phone calls, being put on hold, or had to dial multiple extensions talking to a bot. Appointment was made quick and easy with the time and location I had the choice to pick. This location did a great job. I waited for my vehicle to be finished and work was done in a timely manner. Technicians were great and professional. They let me know when work was being done and they did not hesitate to ask me any questions about my vehicle and explained the process effectively. My front windshield had a strip of tint running across the top from when I bought the car brand new and was the technician asked me if I would like the new window to be tinted. Technician explained to me with their current equipment it might not be the exact same but they either recommended me to a specialist or they attempt to do it on their own. I opted to have them do it and it came out perfect, didn’t even notice a difference and work they performed on my vehicle was high quality.

Scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Because I have smartglass, they said they would only work on it in between other customers. I brought my car in at 8:20 am. They start work at 4 pm. They close at 5 pm and are not open Sunday. They don't have a phone number for the shop. I finally got through Safelite's commercial line and they said they will finish despite the hours. I picked up my car at about 5:40 pm. No one was in the office. I could have taken my keys and left without anyone knowing. I finally went into the employee only area and was finally given my keys. On the way home, I realized they didn't tint my windshield the way it was when I brought it in. I called the commercial line and they put me through to the shop. The guy said he'll call me Monday. It's now Wednesday and no call. The shop won't even answer their phone. DON'T USE SAFELITE! THEY'LL GLADLY TAKE YOUR INSURANCE MONEY AND GIVE YOU THE FINGER.

I was on a NASCAR vacation in my Class C RV, starting in central Florida, visiting Austin, Phoenix and Las Vegas. I think it was Louisiana, I-10 nightmare, that I got the shatter on my windshield. On the way from Austin to Phoenix, I hit a haboob (horrible sand storm) that made the crack even worse. I made it to the Tucson Safelite store fairly late one afternoon. They checked out the situation and scheduled me for 10 AM the next morning. I was gone by noon. And all covered by insurance! The manager was the best, as was the crew. Gracias, mi amigos!

I am very satisfied with our service from Safelight. They were able to get me in the very next day after I called. Initially, my appointment was for the same day that I called, but they were unable to get a part that my vehicle needed and had to cancel, but got me in as soon as possible the next day which was not a problem. My new windshield looks great and I appreciated that they wiped my dash down and vacuumed the floor in the driver and passenger side. Also, the price we paid was less than our deductible for insurance so we paid out of pocket.

I thought I booked an appointment for 930 am. Instead I was given a "Drop and Go" appointment. What they don't tell you is this isn't really an appointment, it just means they will get to you when they get to you and all other appointments come first. I dropped my truck off at 930am and it's now after 5pm. My truck still isn't done. I arrived here about 330pm with hopes that it would be done because they don't call you to let you know. It was promised by 4, then 430 then 5. They are closed and I'm finally going home.

My technician Devin was very, very sweet. He came on time. Like he said he would he was very professional and made sure he made everything nice and clean. He let me look at what he was doing. As he went along and he explained, he did not know why things were the way they were considering. My truck had no seal on the window. He was shocked. The window was still in the truck and did not completely shatter. I'm grateful for his honesty and how he treated me the whole time he was here

I had significant windshield damage and needed a new one … fast. It was a breeze to schedule an appointment with Safelite Auto at Country Club Rd in Tucson snd they took care of my insurance claim before my appointment. I waited about 1.5 hours of a 3-hour slot (windshield replacement and calibration) in a clean and comfortable waiting area with amenities (coffee, tea and WiFi) and received my car in great shape (buffed from the inside). Thank you, safelite for a job well done.

Great service! Our windshield got a crack on our roadtrip and was able to quickly get an appointment with this location. Upon arrival, the store Manager David inspected our cracked issue and gave us terrific advice. We ended up taking his advice. David was so patient and professional. He is also such an expert on the issue we had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location and will definitely recommend to everyone!!! Thank you David! Wish all car service business were like you!
