Arriving at this location during regular business hours as listed on google, I discovered there is no one there. There is a hard to read sign (due to the reflectivity of the door glass) on the inside of the door that says by appointment only with a phone number. I called the number and was told no one was at the office and no one would be at the office all next week either. Definitely not the customer service i was looking forward to based on all the positive reviews google shows. Guess I'll have to find another company for my windshield replacement. Would have been nice if the website clearly said office open by appointment only. On a different note, i was hoping my experience here would have been as wonderful as the reviews listed since my family owns a primary commecial and residential glass and aluminum company that would have loved to send referrals to Roadrunner for our customer tinting needs as well as our fleet vehicle windshield replacements.

Called Roadrunner to install windshield on 66 C10. Receptionist was very nice and polite. If I could, I would give her 5 stars. They set a time to come see the window and when the tech showed up he clearly didn’t want to do the job and started making excuses like it was rusty or he would have to “grind” the channel…I had a family member home to coordinate and she asked him if he would like to call me and discuss and he said no and that he would do a quote and get back with me. I’ve been building hot rods professionally for 15 yrs. I hoped they could do a simple install but as the old saying goes, “If you want something done right, do it yourself” or go somewhere where someone has professional knowledge at least. My .02.

I had full tinting done on my vehicle about two years ago and couldn't be happier with it! Everyone there is very knowledgeable and friendly and happy to walk you through best options for your needs. Six months ago, I ran into an emergency situation where my driver's side window was vandalized right before a work trip out of state, they were able to help coordinate getting the keys on the day I had to fly out! They replaced the glass and tint all in one go,w gave me peace of mind as I traveled. Not to mention, the first tint they had done held all of the glass together even though a rock had been thrown through it! Thank you all for being so wonderful to work with!

We scheduled a chip repair after seeing their van driving around our neighborhood. Jesus and another person (sorry that I didn’t catch his name) came out and quickly informed me that I didn’t actually have a chip in my windshield (apparently it was a scratch on the inside and I need to get my eyes checked!) He graciously let me save face for that, so we had him look at our other vehicle which actually DID turn out to have a large chip. He got it filled it less than 15 mins and did a great job. 10/10 would recommend.

This is my second experience with roadrunner glass. My work schedule changed at the last minute and they were very accommodating. The tech (I wish I could remember his name) came to my house earlier and got the job done 25 minutes before I had to leave. If I find out the gentleman’s name I will edit this review to include it. Karen in the office is very amazing and has great dispatching and customer service skills. Great local company!

Called.. this business due to my cracked front windshield they took care of everything including the insurance. Roadrunner Auto Glass did an excellent job with a replacement windshield on a new 24 Frontier work truck . To the technician that was dispatched to Mesa Arizona on 10/25.. thank you! You not only replaced the windshield you also hid the dashcam cord flush inside of door panels and ceiling which was better than the adhesive cord mount to the windshield prior to the replacement. I wasn't expecting that so thank you.
