Max Auto Glass

I had a Fantastic experience with Max Auto Glass today. I originally was going to go a place where my Insurance typically sends everyone to but upon reading their reviews for the last year i was not feeling comfortable at all. So, I called Max Auto Glass due the reviews posted within the last year and they did not disappoint me. When I called I spoke to Kelly who was very kind and sweet and very helpful. If she did not know or wasn’t sure about something she always asked her co-worker near her. I appreciate that. I eventually got scheduled after getting approved by my insurance and the experience was amazing from-the start to the end. Scott which I believe is the manager called me ahead of time to explain that they will call me when the installer is there so we wouldn’t have to wait long. I finally got a call to come to drop off my car. After dropping my car off they called about an hour later that they were done. Picked up my car and that was that. I would highly recommend them if you need to have your glass replaced. Very efficient and truly care about your time not just theirs.

I used Max Auto Glass for the first time on June 16. I had 3 large cracks in my windshield and it needed to be replaced. My insurance doesn’t cover glass repair so I just randomly selected 3 different companies to get quotes from off the internet. I was quoted $1040 and $900+ by two of them. Max Auto glass quoted me just under $700. They stuck with the exact amount they quoted me. No hidden fees or up charges. Their procedure and method is also much more precise than the other companies’. They use lasers and high tech equipment at the location to make sure the installation was perfect. The other companies would come to my house to do the replacement but I opted for Auto Max’s precise methods. Auto Max also got me an appointment for the next business day and did the job in a couple of hours. Very fast. Scott the director was very professional and explained everything clearly to me. Jose replaced my windshield perfectly. I will use Max Auto Glass in the future for all my auto glass needs.

Well what gives this experience five stars is due to receiving a brand new windshield without hardly any effort on my part. I took my car in for an oil change then received a call about the glass. Right after I had it replaced in the last accident, it started cracking from the side and up in a weird pattern like a manufacturer error. Then a rock hit it, it was so messed up- but I had this little window through it out the driver's side that let me see to drive. Basically I needed it replaced badly. At first I thought he was just trying to sell me something but said we can try and get insurance to pay for it. Third party call I didn't really expect her to approve it but she did. Now I'm looking out a new windshield as I write this. They came to my work and did it flawlessly. I wasn't even there. And all for free. So giving these five stars feels totally right... Thank you guys!

My experience with Max glass through BrakeMax was excellent. The Service Technician, JUAN at the 6560 N Thornydale Rd Tucson, AZ, location was very helpful I had an issue with the interior rear view mirror coming off the windshield. Juan was able to explain that it’s a common issue with the vehicle due to the way it mounts. The best part Juan was able to give me two options. He said if I was able to lock it back into place. It should fix the issue or I could bring the Van by the Max Glass shop. This was greatly appreciated and helpful. It saved my company that I work for money for any repairs and the time that the vehicle would be down. The vehicle is a wheelchair accessible Van, so in addition Juan helped the company with time and money resources. He also helped our patient’s make their appointments.

Juan contacted me immediately. He was very helpful and explained everything to me. He even went beyond what I expected by leaving the shop he was at and came to the the Brakemax I was at to help me with taking the photos the insurance company was requesting to replace my front windshield. So thanks to Bruce at the Brakemax I was at for asking me if I wanted to get my windshield fixed since it had about a 18” long crack on it. He immediately started the process. Then Juan contacted me within minutes and by the time my oil change was completed my insurance company approved the request and I had an appointment to get the windshield replaced for the next day. How great is that service…very great!

I could not be happier with Max Auto Glass. I filed a claim this morning, received a phone call from Jen a hour later, and here I am three hours later with a phenomenal repair on my windshield. The crack has virtually disappeared and I am 100% satisfied with the repair from Anthony. He said give him ten minutes and he was spot on. Ten minutes on the dot. Professional and courteous. I recommend them 100%. I went with Max Auto Glass based on the reviews and from a subpar experience with the insurance suggested auto glass place last time I needed a windshield repair. I am so happy that I did, because I am extremely satisfied.

Could not be happier with my experience! From the moment Scott answered the phone I could tell this company was different. Genuinely kind and helpful from start to finish and went the extra mile to help us with an additional insurance claim. The office walks you through the insurance claim process and stays on the phone with you and the insurance representative until the end - easy peasy! Same day install and Anthony did an amazing job! His communication was great, install is beautiful, and was prompt to respond to a follow up question I had a bit after he left. Call these guys! You won’t be disappointed!

Excellent customer service! I took my car in at noon for an oil change at Brake Max in Sahuarita and they asked if I wanted my broken windshield fixed. Within 5 -10 minutes I got a call from Max Auto. Glass. The gentleman I spoke to called my insurance on a 3 way call so I could file a claim to replace my windshield. This all took less than 10 minutes. I got an appt for later that afternoon and they came to my house and replaced it. I got a $50 credit card which I had sent electronically to Brake Max; I was able to apply it to the cost of the oil change. Highly recommend them.

Max Auto Glass has the most kind, responsive and professional office staff (Wendy) who promptly booked us an appointment, and their punctual and knowledgeable installation guy (Frank A.) both of whom take great pride in their work. What a group of friendly and helpful employees!! Should I mention that our insurance preferred service provider, Safelight (garbage), quoted us a 5-week delay at the earliest because they didn't have glass in stock. Max Auto Glass had the windshield and Frank was able to install the glass at 8AM the following day.

Request for glass repair was made through my insurance (who misrepresented the appointment making process/etc) but the people at Max were very understanding and adapted to what I was looking for timing/location wise. When the techs got too busy during my appointed window, one of the supervisors was kind enough to come out of his way to take care of it for me. Repaired the glass, provided some helpful information, overall very positive interaction. Would recommend in the future and will return for glass repair/replacement needs.
