Express Auto Glass LLC

I have been using Express Auto Glass windshield service for 4 different vehicles over the last 7 or 8 years. They were originally located near the Rio Rico area yet they still would service Oracle and San Manuel, more than an hour away. Their business is now based out of Tucson. Today, July.18.2024, two of Express Glass' skilled windshield installers, Ismail and Isaiah, replaced my 2012 Toyota Tacoma windshield at my residence in San Manuel, in my carport. They unloaded their portable mechanic's office and went to work after showing me up front the replacement window. It looked excellent and certainly is now that their installation is finished. I checked the final product from inside the driver's seat view and the glass is clear with no distortion. Their install is clean with the glass gasket fitting tightly and seated beautifully, something I've not always seen done properly by other glass companies. I want to thank Express Glass for sending me their "A-Team". It's so nice to experience dedicated, masterful workers at their best. Thanks also to Erika, the front desk magician who fielded quite a few phone calls between me and my insurance company. The insurance company was extremely careful and required photos of my old windshield before they'd give it the OK for replacement. Lots of hoops to jump through however Erika managed with a peaceful attitude and effective conversations. This is a top glass company folks. Look no further.

I find myself annoyed/disappointed with customer service more often than not, sadly. Some people do the least work necessary or are just cold to the customer. Express Auto Glass blew me away! A semi- truck kicked up a rock that smashed my windshield. I was referred to Express through my insurance on a Monday. Arlette had a much more polite and happy disposition than even my Insurance operator. Although I had to wait until Thursday for an appointment, Arlette assured me that was the next available appointment and I felt comfortable with the timeframe. Enrique came to my work and went above my expectations. Replacing my car windshield was the least of it. He was friendly, answered all of my questions, clearly takes pride in his craft and made me feel like my business was appreciated - not expected. Thank you for making this the easiest thing on my to do list!!

Well shoot! I thought I reviewed ya’ll already and now it’s a shame I don’t remember the installers name. But he drove that red dodge. AWESOME gentleman! I came in with my 4Runner. I don’t trust anyone working on my vehicles. I mean no one. I had a mouse chew my injection wires and wouldn’t even let the dealer touch my car. I do ALL of my own repairs. So I was that “special” customer with requests and Express and the installer happily agreed with no fuss! They didn’t even talk crap behind my back! Hahaha The office and installer were understanding and did an amazing job. They let me drive my vehicle to the other bay for calibration where I got a know the installer a little bit and now I’m in the process of getting my wife’s car in. I appreciate you guys. Hard to find good service and craftsmanship these days!

I called right after getting a rock-chip in my windshield, measuring about an inch. Angelica verified my insurance and coverage, so there was no out-of-pocket cost to me. They set an appointment for the next day between 8am and Noon. Henry called me at about 10:15am to let me know he would be arriving just before Noon. He also said he would call when he was 20 minutes away, which he did. Henry was prompt, polite, kind and quick. He said it would take about 15 minutes, and he was right. My windshield looks great. Make my 5 STAR number 105 as of 5/10/24. I have never seen a five star rated business on Google until now. No wonder they are insurance preferred. I let my State Farm start the claim and I got a call and now it’s a done deal and I’m happy. And I owe that happiness from yesterday to Israel And all the experience that he has gained over 20 years That he worked for Safelite the national company. Please use local businesses as they have experts on staff, Tucson. Express Auto glass has that 5 Star because of Israel; and Monica in the office. Thanks also for the nice piece of glass that is made in the USA.

We had a wonderful experience! The initial phone call to get a quote was handled professionally and I was able to get a quote right away! Every subsequent call was just as good, as were the tech who replaced my windshield and the one who recalibrated it after the install. I was given detailed instructions for the care of the windshield over the first few days to ensure it is not compromised. I called 8 different companies, not only were these guys the most professional and friendly - they were a few hundred cheaper than the others! I highly recommend Express Auto Glass!

A chip turned into a crack in the windshield as we took a 5 day road trip. Insurance had $1000 comprehensive deductible & they sent me to Safelite who would charge almost that much to replace the glass & reset the sensors in my ‘23 Honda CRV. Checked with 3 other local Tucson businesses but the woman I spoke with at Express Auto Glass seemed most knowledgeable & they were the cheapest. They got me in for service the next day & I waited in the office for the repair. If this ever happens again there’s no doubt, I will call them first!

My insurance sent me to them last month and I'm so glad they did. Victor, the owner, went out of his way to make it a great experience. They ran into trouble getting my cameras to calibrate after the windshield replacement and they went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced. He drove the 60 miles round trip to pick up and drop off my vehicle and they returned it in better condition than I left it in. They vacuumed it! I was impressed. Excellent customer service. Henry was a true professional. He notified me when he was 15 minutes away, found my car in a hidden back parking lot, then called me to tell me he was starting and even asked if I wanted a carwash sticker put on my next windshield. Henry and Eddie were extremely cordial, polite, and friendly when they got here. They practiced social distancing, finished the job in less than 30 minutes, and gave instructions on what not to do with a new windshield replacement on the first day! I'd give 10/5 stars if I could.

I have used Express Auto Glass multiple times for business and personal vehicles. I have had chips repaired and windshields replaced. I have always received beyond amazing customer service from placing a phone call to scheduling mobile repair/replacement and when the technician arrives the excellent customer service continues.
