My auto insurance carrier State Farm referred me to Xclusive Auto Glass Repair saving me the hassle of finding a reputable company. Shortly after contacting my insurance agent's office, I received a call from Jonathan @ Xclusive and set up an appointment the following day and he even provided me a loaner car for the time my vehicle would be in the shop. Their location was clean, neat and very conveniently located a few miles from my home which was a plus. Jonathan was a courteous, respectable and very professional gentleman. The job only took the a couple of hours including the windshield camera calibration to be completed and my new windshield looks great. There was even a sticker with their phone number left on the inside of my windshield offering free future chip repair should I need it. Hopefully I won't need another windshield replacement, but I would definitely go back to them because of their excellent service. They will come to you!!! David, a district sales manager noticed my windshield at a Circle K in Scottsdale. He also took notice that I had been having the absolute worst day and a bit of a hard time financially. He offered to help me get my windshield fixed at no cost to me just to help me out!!! He had Raul out to my location within a week of me contacting him and he did an amazing job!!! I was devastated when a rock hit my windshield, and left it cracked. I contacted Xclusive Auto Glass Repair, and def recommend them! Awesome prices and professional manner. I called this past Saturday looking to schedule the following weekend as I work during the week. Turns out they have mobile service and managed to get me scheduled today! Thank goodness I didn’t have to drive with a cracked windshield all week. Also, highly impressed with their response time. They are prompt and answer all my questions. Hired Jonathon at Xclusive to replace two windshields for me today. He showed up on time as promised. Had the correct product with him and was very meticulous with the installation. He didn’t rush and cut any corners. He did the install the way I would do it myself. I will use this company again soon. As owner of 5 cars living in Arizona, I replace windshields all the time. After calling a few different shops, I was able to reach someone on my first call. The shop had my windshield on stock which was amazing! I have a Tesla and was told by many people that I would have to wait at least two weeks for the glass to be ordered and delivered. I was able to set up my appt easily and come in the next day. Since installation for my particular vehicle had to be done I shop and would take about 3 hours, I was given a loaner so I could still get to work. Amazing customer service, quick, and efficient! Nearly an hour late to a 7-8am appt although I let them know I needed this done early because I had work. They don’t order or use the required moldings from dealership in order to cut costs. After asking about them they said they could order them but didn’t have them on hand. And that it would be an additional cost. After expressing my disappointment but unlocking the vehicle for them to get started anyways they hopped back in their van as though I no longer needed the windshield replaced today. Spoke to them on the phone to no avail. They’re not transparent, late, and cut corners. Would not recommend.

This is a very professional shop. They provided great customer service and a professional job replacing the windshield on my Tesla Model S. They gave me a tour of their shop area and it’s clean and organized. They have the latest calibration equipment and provided the calibration requirements for my Tesla. I’ve always used Safelite Glass for all my windshield replacements but will always use Xclusive Auto Glass AZ from now on. I also had them tint my windows and they did an excellent job tinting too. Tried out a new glass company as we always want to keep things local as much as possible. Sometimes that can prove to be difficult when things go badly and companies don’t do what they say. It ruins it for all smaller outfits but we took a chance again and glad we did. Xclusive auto glass was extremely easy to work with very communicative and professional. Technicians arrived on time and finished all vehicles in a timely manner though we had given them all day. Will definitely be recommending this company to anyone that asks or sees the clear difference in our new glass windshields

Great company All IN ONE From Detailing and Windshield Replacement & more , I had my Tesla windshield Tinted with a clear body wrap & they did amazing car still looks new I definitely recommend. Great workmanship from each employee , One Employee that stood out to me the most is Raul if you ever get a chance to have him replace your windshield you will not regret , Respectful and great communicator and will have you back on the road in no time seeing clearly lol .
