Auto Glass Excellence

My insurance agent recommended AGE 15 years ago & I've only called them since. They're pretty punctual, very communicative, & do great work. I've been lucky enough to get away with repairs most of the time. This time it ended up being a replacement, which I usually hate cause they never look the same. Man have they proven me wrong!! I have a BMW M6 & when the tech said it needs to be a replacement I griped about replacements never looking right. The tech (Brent Larange) stepped up to the plate big time!! He called it in & made sure to request an aftermarket windshield, made by the same supplier that BMW used so it would look exactly the same.. then he also insisted on original BMW surround moulding. When he was done, I couldn't tell it was replaced! Excellent attention to detail on Brent's part! I was very impressed. He also took a few extra minutes to hide the wiring for my dash-cam while the window was out so it was no longer dangling down from the camera. I'm big on customer service & quality work, both of which Brent nailed!! From now on I will request him as my tech when needed. I can't recommend him enough! Thanks AGE & Brent Larange! You knocked it out of the park!

Would give 10 stars if I could! From the first phone call to the final handshake, their customer service is the absolute best. I needed windshield replacement, which they knocked out in a timely manner and did a great job. But here's where it gets taken to another level...my windshield washer fluid motor coincidentally stopped working right around the same time that they replaced the windshield. I called them thinking they were responsible for the malfunction. So they had me bring my truck back in so they could look into it. They gave me a free loaner car in the meantime. Turns out the malfunction was not their fault. YET...they still went ahead and fixed it. They sent their mechanic to the store to get a new motor. Their mechanic installed it. And they COVERED THE COST for all of it!! They didn't even let me pay for the cost of the motor! I ask "why would you do that?" He said "because I wanted to build a relationship today and make a friend." I was absolutely shocked. Nice people and great companies certainly do exist...and this is definitely one of them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Edit: company called me about the review with so much attitude. If you guys can’t do the job you won’t get paid for it! Stop calling to harass me! Horrible, I will not argue with horrible work and horrible customer service. My insurance took them off their list! I had a horrible job done on my jeep, there was broken glass all over my driveway and car. (It was unbroken) Then the “owner” of the company was very unprofessional by not only putting our conversation on speaker phone for the whole office to hear but by telling me that “if I think I can do a better job then I should do it myself” I would never ever go to them ever again. I would never let them step foot on your property unless you want a half done job and broken glass left all over your property. I had my agent take them off their recommended list. We had to have both of our vehicles windshields replaced. These guys are amazing. Being that we had 2 vehicles that needed service and because of new laws regarding calibration to our vehicle defense systems, our cars had to go to their shop.Their technician Rich came out on 2 back to back days. Each morning he would bring a loaner vehicle and take one of ours that needed repair. A few hours later when the windshield was replaced and the system was calibrated Rich would drive our vehicle back and pick up the loaner vehicle. Talk about service. They made sure our daily schedule wasn't interrupted whatsoever. Our windshields looked amazing, and Rich went over every detail of the process. *** STRONGLY RECOMMEND *** Our daughter was involved in a collision that completely shattered the front windshield. We called Auto Glass Excellence and they were everything you would want and expect from a well-run company from that first phone call until the job was done. Their customer service was excellent. They walked us through the insurance claim process and scheduled an appointment. They contacted us to keep us updated on when they would arrive and showed up as scheduled. The installation was smooth and they even took the time to clean the small pieces of glass that fell inside of our car during the collision. Amazing service, and extremely profesional. Spoke with Phil Passante for pricing by just sending the Vin of my two trucks and was able to give me a price same day so quickly! The price was too good to be true, except it actually is true!!! I scheduled between 2-4 to come to my home on a Wednesday and they were able to fit me in without a problem. I was called by the gentlemen doing the work that day with their eta and they arrived on time. They were quick precise, and very informative on the glass before and after installation. Everyone that I spoke with or interacted with were nice and very helpful. Unfortunately I had to reschedule my appointment to replace my windshield twice. Since my window had to be replaced in the shop I had to drop my car off in the morning before work. I have called before office hours on two occasions and I received a prompt response once by a return text that I needed to cancel and the other occasion was my call was answered because I needed to be sure someone would be there early in order to drop off car and pick up the loaner. I just called on my way because I wanted to make sure I could get to work on time.

I’m beyond impressed with the service I received from Ray Orgua today! My windshield had 2 rock chips from a recent roadtrip, and I was worried about it spreading quickly. I talked to Ray and he was able to fit me in for same-day service in my driveway! He arrived on time, was very professional and communicated very well every step of the way. I didn’t even need to be home, and when I got back, I could barely even find where the chips had been. My window slid down at a wierd angle and I panicked. I didn't understand what went wrong and how to fix it. Auto Glass Excellence had great reviews. I called and realized the reviews DID NOT do them justice! They were amazing. They educated me on my window issue and talked me through the repair process. But it gets better... after they repaired the window, they determined they could use my existing parts. They refunded the money I paid for new parts!! I'm an insurance agent in AZ and we typically refer our clients here. I decided to use them to get my windshield replaced so I would have a better understanding of how they operate.
