EXCELLENT AUTO GLASS

Excellent customer service and quality work! I spoke with Chris the night before and he was able to schedule me for a replacement windshield first thing in the morning the following day. Chris did such an amazing job explaining everything in detail while still being genuine and personable. The technician the following day Randy or Ray was honest and efficient with the job. I couldn’t believe how quickly it took to set up an appointment and get the job done. I highly recommend Excellent Auto Glass. They were honest, quick, and great pricing. Companies like this will stand the test of time. Thank you for your quality work and genuine care in people. This is how customer service should be done.

It seems there may have been a miscommunication regarding the cost of the repair. It is nice to see a company that takes the initiative to solve customer problems like this. As mentioned in the original review, there were no problems at all with the customer service or promptness of service. Edit: I see that the owner sent me an email regarding this. Will update the review pending further action. I'm really disappointed that I have to give this a negative review. Here's the situation: my rear DS window broke on the freeway a few days ago. I ordered the glass myself and completely disassembled the door to install the glass. I didn't feel confident that I would be able to get it in alone due to the weird angle that it needed to be slid in, so I called to see if a technician could come out to JUST slide the glass into the door. I was quoted $50-180, depending on the amount of work needed. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and courteous. I received a call from the technician within an hour to let me know he would be arriving soon. He arrived and was extremely friendly and helpful. It took about 10 minutes to put the glass in (there was a trim piece on the outside of the window frame that needed to be removed prior to putting the glass in; one screw was removed and the trim was slid out. There was also a guide track on the inside of the door that needed removed.). Once the glass was in, he discovered that the window regulator was bad, so he anchored the bracket to the track with a self-tapping screw to prevent it from sliding down until I could replace the regulator. He called the office to ask about the charge, and he told me that it was $150. I was obviously surprised that 10-15 minutes of work (removing the trim, sliding the glass in, and installing the screw) was worth ~$10/minute. Due to the minimal amount of work that was done, I was fully expecting that the charge would be the $50 (minimum) amount that I was quoted. I understand that there has to be a charge for travel and labor, but a charge that is almost the maximum I was quoted is EXTREMELY excessive. I'd give 5 stars for the customer service, friendliness of the interaction, and promptness of the service. I'd give negative stars if I could for the cost to labor calculation. As I mentioned at the beginning, I'm disappointed that I have to leave a negative review because they seem like a good company.

Artemio did a wonderful job at the time of service. However I want to provide feedback as I am disappointed in my experience after the fact. I purchased a windshield from Excellent Auto Glass with the understanding that I will have a one year chip repair warranty on my windshield. That was one of the selling points as to why I chose to move forward with using the company. I ended up getting a chip in my windshield a week after my replacement windshield was installed. I set up an appointment to get the chip repaired. The technician did not show up. I rescheduled the appointment to another day since the technician did not show up to my original appointment, and again the technician did not show up. I reached out for a third time to reschedule, and I was informed they would pass this on to the technician manager and that I would be contacted. It has been three weeks, and I have not heard anything. I sent a text yesterday to try to get rescheduled for a fourth time, and did not receive any communication back. I am very disappointed as this is not the service I would strive to provide as a business owner. I hope this feedback can be used to provide further training for future interactions with customers.

From the first call I made Rachel was amazing and very accommodating, she tried everything she could do to fit me in their schedule same day, even though it was already Late in the afternoon after another glass company came out with the wrong window for my truck. they did everything they could do to try to work around my hectic schedule, where I travel around the valley for work and had me scheduled for the earliest appointment available the next morning Rafael did an amazing job with the installation and cleanup not to mention the manager, Dave gave me his personal number the night before so I could contact him directly if anything changed. Orville was very patient with me as I was in an appointment after the truck had gotten done and waited multiple hours for me to be able to call him back to give him my card information. All in all this whole group is amazing. I would recommend them to anybody and the price was more than fair I feel like I got a great deal. They are my go to glass company for any of my needs or anyone else I know needs window replacements. Thanks again to all of you. You made this seamless with my hectic schedule.

Excellent Auto Glass is one of those companies that you can depend on and trust! Someone broke the rear window of my Ford Expedition Max and stole everything they could. A friend recommended Excellent Auto Glass so we called them to see if they can help us replace the glass. Bobby answered the phone and immediately went to work! He ask for our information and got our insurance company on the line with us. Long story short, it was not worth it to go through the insurance company. Bobby crunched the numbers and was able to give us a deal. He was very professional and responsive. The very next morning, one of their technicians was at my house and replaced the glass in less than 30 minutes!! We just went theough a traumatic experience with thieves breaking into our car but Excellent Auto Glass and Bobby made the aftermath process very easy! I highly recommend them! Ask for Bobby! He will take care of you!!

I had the absolute pleasure of getting Kim on the phone when I called to schedule a windshield replacement. Immediately I could sense She had great energy and had me laughing right away, I felt like I was on the phone with a friend . Not only was she Incredibly friendly and personable she went above and beyond. When I called, it was the end of the day almost on a Friday and I explained to her that I was trying to get my windshield replaced by the end of the night because I had plans in the morning. she said it would be difficult, but she could make it happen and she made adjustments and got them out to me within an hour. The gentleman that came out and worked on my windshield was awesome as well and did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody…. They got a customer for life ☺️

I love this place! I have been dealing with this company for the last 15 yrs. I won't go ANYWHERE else. If someone I know needs a new windshield or chip repair this is the place I send them. I have had nothing short of Amazing customer service with EVERY employee. But 1 that stands out is Matt W. Really cares about the quality of service and makes sure you are getting EXACTLY what you are wanting for replacement. I have a windshield with a certain type of tint strip (hard to find) but not for these guys. Most of the time they can come out the next day to service your glass needs. Technicians are polite and always back their word on the quality of the work performed and the quality of the product. OME glass and perfect everytime. Best autoglass company in the state!

I saw an instagram add for Excellent Auto Glass and remembered my dad just used them to replace his windshield a few weeks ago. I thought I’d fill out the online inquiry to get an estimate on my windshield replacement. James reached out to me very quickly through call, text message, and email. As soon as I was able to return the call, I reached out to James. I thought I was going to have to pay this replacement out of pocket but James went above and beyond to get me the best deal. He was able to work with my insurance to get my windshield fixed for $0 out of pocket and I have a windshield replacement scheduled for this week plus a rebate! I am more than pleased with James’s service at Excellent Auto Glass Shop!

I was on the phone with Bobby and he made the process so simple and easy. We called Friday and made the appointment for Tuesday. The technician was running late and Bobby handled everything for us to get the technician here on time. Once the technician Randy arrive within the scheduled time, he did a great job and had the windshield installed in less than 40 minutes. If Bobby sees this, I would like him to know that his customer service is greatly appreciated (good customer service reps seem to be a dying breed) and to keep up the good work! Kudos to Bobby and Randy!
