Auto Glass Now

Went to get my window fixed after a golf ball broke my back window . They replaced the window in three days , but they replaced it wrong and refused to return any calls for about 4 days I had to call about 40 times just to get through to them . I was not able to lock my car due to them installing the window incorrectly so my car was unlocked for about a week with a couple thousand dollar system in the trunk just for anyone to grab . So after a week long they finally send someone out to fix the wiring in the back window took him about 15 mins when the finally did come out . But the worst part of it all when the replaced my back window the stole my Hawaii license plate that was sitting in the back window Yes, on the shop that I got my window fixed and refuse to return my call or reimburse me so I can purchase another plate . Ridiculous store ran by children needs to be investigated. Thanks for taking the time to read please do not go there save yourself the trouble .

Very poor customer service and planning. I went through my insurance to get a chip in my windshield replaced. The call center scheduled me for an appointment when they were closed. No one from the store noticed or bothered to message me about it until 30 minutes before.The only excuse that the store could give was that the call center did not know when they were open. I was also told 4 different things about the cost of the repair and having them do it via a mobile service. After over a hour on the phone and texting I was finally able to get a mobile service to me. Their only slightly redeeming quality that when the mobile tech got to my house he apologized and fixed it quickly.

I needed to pay for a windshield out of pocket and their website came up in a search and said "free quote". I was expecting to get a bunch of calls because they wanted my email and phone number, but when I clicked submit it instantly gave me a quote which was accurate in the end. It was low enough I called right then to see if I could get an appt. They were super nice and got me in the same day. I had such a great experience, I brought two more cars the next day and a friend brought a third with me and all cars turned out great! Ill definitely be back, I mean hopefully not, but we know what Phoenix roads are like.

Technician Jose had great customer service and does great work. The corporate lady that I spoke to was wonderful, I had the incorrect number for the local business. Not only did she provide me with the correct number in case disconnected but transferred me to the local store. The local store wasn’t so great, irritated that I was asking for a time frame for replacement since it was already noon and I did not receive a call in the morning with time provided. Pretty sure she doesn’t like people to call, didn’t even say bye or anything.

Efficient! Fast! Beautiful customer service! Trey answered my called and scheduled my appointment right away! He didn’t try to overprice the job; knowing I truly needed help. Upon arrival Rekid (the service tech) greeted me at the door. Very pleasant and he walked me through the process, took my keys and came back in 30 mins!! While waiting; the waiting area was calm with coffee and netflix!!! Check out was simple and easy! And of course Maria at the front desk was extremely polite and hair fabulous! Thank you!

Very professional and an absolute best price available anywhere and they came to me in Hidden Valley, Maricopa. Great price, professional, neat and clean and on time don’t hesitate to use them. You’ll be happy. Today was my second windshield I had to have replaced pay out of your pocket it is not worth going through insurance the windshield was below my deductible and wouldn’t use anyway as I don’t want any strikes on my policy. Once again great work and not rushed to get it done.

Do not use this place, windshield was cracked, AGN came out to fix but the guy broke the molding that covers windshield so he said he had to order the new part and would be back the next day. Its been a week now so I called and they tell me the molding wasn't covered. But the car had molding to begin with so I guess this business comes in tear up your stuff, never call you back then tell you parts are covered under insurance, classic dick move.

What a pleasant experience! I waked in this morning with a brand new (& big!) chip in my windshield. It was addressed on the spot and with the utmost professionalism & honesty. I was warned it was still going to be like 50% visible after the repair - in fact, it is barely visible now. Price was beyond reasonable. These business (and the wonderful people working there!) made my day & I am now a loyal customer!

I was referred here through my insurance for windshield repair. Both Luke and Joseph are amazing! They both went above and beyond to have everything ordered and placed on in timely manner . They kept in contact with me throughout the process, they were kind and professional at all times and even went as far as to come out to my home to do another repair. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience at Auto Glass Now in Tempe! The quote for my calibrated windshield replacement was $678 and that is exactly what I was charged. It took 1-2 hours, and they were working on someone else’s car, too. Everyone was very courteous the day before July 4th, and I even had Luke come back to the shop to open up and hand me my water bottle I’d left.
