This was my first experience needing a windshield replacement, and I chose Agave because I had heard about them through their employee Dallin. Before scheduling my appointment I asked him about what they do, and he helped me know what Agave is all about and what to expect. I called and spoke with Shelby who was very helpful in getting everything together for me. She walked me through everything I needed to know and helped me contact my insurance for the claim. She sent me updates about my appointment and was professional and helpful in her work. Brian was my tech and he came earlier than expected, which was amazing! He walked me through the process of what exactly he was going to do and finished installing the new windshield in 40 minutes. He did an amazing job along with the rest of the Agave staff! I have to say that AGAVE did an amazing job from the moment I called them to the moment they left. They where friendly and very professional. Agave was able to connect me with my insurance company and they where there through the entire process. I had them do my windshield and my tint all at once with no hassle. Agave took care of everything. They came out to my house and installed it all here with no issues whatsoever. I have to give a big shout out to Connor my tint installer who was very professional, explained to me everything he was doing and how he was doing it. There are people that do there job to do there job but I could definitely tell from Connor that he is passionate of his work. You don’t see that very often now days! Very clean and professional. This was my third and final time using Agave Auto Glass. I had a chip repaired on Monday, everything simple and quick. The technician let me know that office would call to get payment since I was using a credit card. About 24 hours later I received an email PDF of my bill with no link for payment. Less than 48 hours after service, I received a text message accusing me of non-payment and that Agave is not a free service and they are sending me to collections unless I call immediately and pay. No one called to obtain payment with those 48 hours from service and the email PDF invoice says due within 30 days. I had to then text, call and email Agave to make payment. This is unacceptable customer service behavior to threaten a return customer after less than 48 hours of their error in not calling to receive payment annd accuse me of trying to skip out of the bill. Absolutely will not be a customer again.

I selected Agave for my windshield replacement, as they came highly recommended by a friend who employs Agave for a variety of their services. The tech was prompt, arrived early actually, pulled right to my garage verified who I was and got to it. Although my customer experience was great, I am disappointed in the product. The replacement windshield I have is not up to par. I have had the windshield for 5 months and there are countless chips and cracks. I initially thought I needed to clean the windshield more, but the spots are actually chips. I understand the right rock can hit the windshield at the wrong time, but the prior windshield had been on my car for three years before a major incident. My other car is a 2013 and has only had one replacement. Overall, my experience with the tech during the install was great, however I am disappointed with the product.NegativeQuality, Value

First and last time using this company, when trying to support local goes bad. I had my windshield repaired and was basically guaranteed a morning slot, they didn’t come until closer to 11AM. The office staff confirmed that a mobile recalibration was a service they provided, which they did not do at time of service. I had to be the one to call in and ask if that was even done to my vehicle, totally careless and unsafe. There was no urgency to come back immediately to fix their error, instead was told “yeah you’re one of the unlucky ones” by the office staff. 0/5 stars, wouldn’t recommend a company that doesn’t do what they say they’re going to do especially with something around safety of a car. Zero urgency to fix their mistake, instead, they want me to deal with their mistake and set aside time tomorrow to fix an error that they caused.

Very, Very courteous and professional! I worked with Nathan, who from the beginning was professional and showed great patience with scheduling around my hectic work and dad schedule. We were able to quickly set up an appointment around my free time and after he was very prompt at letting me know how things would go going forward. My windshield has a safety feature sensor that needs calibration and Nathan assured me it would be taken care of at no cost to me. He also took care of scheduling the appointment and making sure they contacted me a few days later when they said they’d come out. He texted me to make sure I was happy with everything and I’m very grateful to have had a great experience with this business. Our car insurance broker recommended we go with Agave in support of local business rather than have SafeLite replace the windshield like we have in the past. I’m so glad we did! The team at Agave was very professional and accommodating to our schedule. Their technician showed up within the time frame given, and gave me a heads up 20 minutes prior to showing up. He then walked me through the process and made sure to point out anything he may need to remove or that was damaged on the vehicle before he got started so that we were both on the same page on the condition of the windshield/car. He was finished within an hour. We even scored some awesome gift cards for other local businesses! Heard about Agave from John Jay and Rich's radio commercials and didn't need windshield service but I did remember them when I did. Called and from the get go I had a great experience with Gabby the receptionist. They got my OEM glass approved from Farmers and then were out the next morning at 9a to install. Sam the technician was meticulous and had a lot of pride in his work which isn't something I find often these days. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone inquiring. Just had them out again 10/2/23 due to a crack that expanded, and they gave me a better customer service experience than even the first time, which is amazing. Tate and Gloria have outdone themselves. Thank You Agave!

EXTREMELY HAPPY!! After contacting several companies to have the windshield replaced on my Toyota Sienna replaced, not only did I get the best quoted price with Agave, but they were able to get me scheduled right away & had it all taken care of within just a couple of days of me calling. The entire job was very fast & I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of their customer service but most importantly the quality of the work! My new windshield looks Amazing!! I just wish I would have thought to take a Before picture just so everyone could see what a great job they did! THANKS SO MUCH Hernan, Chase & the office girls at AGAVE for working with me & making this a 10 STAR service experience!!

Such a great experience, I will recommend everybody now! Very easy from start to finish. I reached out on the site, got a text message and was able to speak to Mike (fast and responded to all my questions). Can you set up a time to call, we got my insurance on the line as well, and everything was sorted within a quick 15 minute call. Once the time came for my windshield to be replaced - he came and I felt like he was in and out within an hour. Quick and print service by everyone on their team!
