Jim & Jill have an amazing team! I couldn't have asked for better service. Living in Arizona it's a simple known fact when summer rolls around you anticipate your windshield getting cracked or chipped. A rock had flown up and hit mine while driving on the freeway. I pulled into Target to grab a few items and when I came back out to my car, a crack had spread across the entire thing. This was not something I had wanted to deal with. Even though the situation itself was a headache, Southwest Auto Glass made the replacement simple. I provided my vehicle information and they took car of the rest. Monday morning, 8:00am, and my vehicle was good as new. I know who I'm calling if it happens again! Fantastic service! When I called I talked to Jim and he had a great demeanor about him! So kind and fun to talk to. He constantly checked in with me to let me know when and how they would make it out to my house. He also got me in sooner than expected. He gave me his personal phone number and I was able to go text back and forth with him with my questions and concerns. My windshield was pretty extreme so he had me text pictures to show the damage to make sure it wasn’t auto body issues. The replacement was quick and done very well. Poor guy had an audience, because my kids were very intrigued. He was really relaxed about it all. Update: still the BEST auto glass replcement place ever!! I've referred 2 others here & they had same exact fantastic experience. Rodney & his partner (son?) are outstanding individuals. I'd say Southwest Auto Glass is lucky to have them. He kept in touch as requested & arrived on time. The entire process was done @ my home in under 2 hours. Rodney is professional, kind, & knowledgeable in this field. My experience getting my windshield replaced was completely positive. I would definately recommend this mobile auto glass company!! Highly recommended. A few months prior to purchasing my vehicle, the previous owner used a national chain to replace the windshield. They put in the wrong glass (heads up display was blurry) and refused to warranty/replace due to me not being the owner at the time of replacement. When a star became a crack, it was finally time to rectify the issue. Jim's team 1) got the right windshield in 2) showed up on time 3) replaced all the necessary trim pieces around the mirror that had cracked with age & sun damage 4) cleaned up. Ask them about Tinting when scheduling!

We had the window replaced on our semi truck. When I called they got me scheduled quickly within a couple days. The technician , Luis Pac, was extremely accommodating and professional and called ahead before coming out. This company has been very easy to work with since the first time we used their services. They have also replaced our front windshield on our car several times. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work we received and will use them every time in the future. I'm from NY visiting family. Driving out my rear window on my F250 broke. Got the number from my insurance co. This company was great. They got back to me the same day. Made all the arrangements with insurance and scheduled the replacement the next day. The tech that came to the house did a great job. When he was done cleaned and vacuumed everything up. Did not leave any mess. I gave my 2 sisters and brother there info. In case. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

We were out of town at a hotel when our back window was shattered. The person on the phone was polite, clear with everything I would expect from them, and even went the extra mile to fit us in on the same day I called. I was expecting the worst case scenario where the technician would get to us around the end of the work day....he called hours earlier! And he got the job done quickly. I'm so impressed with this company. I'd give them SIX stars if I could!

I had a bad experience with this company due the fact that they went to the wrong location and then to top off and they came the next day they didn't have the correct windshield which I don't understand. I feel like if you have to be professional and you have a great customer service or everyone saying go with this company. But then it turns out that you wasted your whole 2 days for a disappointment experience. Thanks a lot. 😡😡

Jim is amazing. He always takes amazing care of me & my customers. As an insurance agent it's important that I have great people to send my customers to, and Jim always comes through for me. My windshield was shattered by something a semi kicked up on Saturday 2/22, jim had it fixed before noon monday 2/24. Everyone else told me Friday the 28th! If you need glass repaired, I recommend the only company you call be Southwest.
