Got my windows tinted... they got me in next day and the price was very competitive to the other places I called. The service was fantastic. I waited in the lobby and did homework while waiting. The job took about 1 hour for 7 windows and the job came out fantastic. I have had several tint jobs done and this one was by far the best one EVER. I got a call a few days after from Jauan to make sure I was happy. This place gets an A+ for work and customer service. Jauan was great on the phone and getting me an appt. and price very quick. He was the reason I chose this location as his service on the phone made this place stand out from the other places I called and he made sure I knew everything I needed to know before coming including the WiFi and lobby, what was very nice to have. I will definitely return for any work I need for windows or tinting.

I had a cracked window and my insurance referred me to two other places before I found this one. I had tint across the top of my windshield that helped cut glare. Even though I specifically requested the tint be replaced, the other shop sent out a repairman without the tint. He told me that they didn't even offer that. I found AGD online and they helped me out with the insurance claim. Based on the windshield repair service, I decided to reach out to them for my new car's tint. They have the high end Suntek tint that helps cut heat. The tint guy came to my home and installed everything in my garage. The worker was very professional and the tint looks great.

Fast and professional. My windshield was replaced while I sat in the comfortable covered outdoor waiting area enjoying the fall breeze and sunshine. The real customer service gem was I had inquired about “window repair” as I had a rear window that was off track and someone had tried to push it down (to probably break in by opening the door). I was told that they did not do window repair. I noted in my head to find a window repair when I left. WELL, as I pulled out I noticed there wasn’t a draft coming from the behind me. WHAT, the installation crew had put my rear window back on track without even saying anything❗️ That was a great customer service add on!

I work for a refrigeration company here in Glendale AZ and have used Auto Glass Clinic recently. The technicians are friendly, courteous and they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our service is done and done right the first time. We recently had a chip repaired on a service truck and the tech noticed that the rubber gasket around the window wasn't securely in place. We thought it would need to be replaced. But Auto Glass Clinic repaired the seal around the windshield without mentioning it to us or charging us more. That is great customer service. He seen it wasn't in the channel and even though he wasn't there to fix it and did it anyways. I will recommend them to anyone who needs glass repairs. They are always on time and always at the max next day service. Great company!!!

I called Safelite and AAA, but not only did Hector /Auto Glass Factory beat their prices by almost $150, they were able to show up the same morning I called! Hector was very friendly, professional and prompt. My car insurance could not cover the windshield because I did not have a full window coverage. I was told by my insurance that I will be liable for 1000 dollar deductible first. BRIAN was on the 3 way call with them during all these stressful times, being understanding throughout the entire process. He stayed on the line after agent left and he continued to help and be understanding of the entire situation. He was able to pull the best rates immediately and recommended products that I could afford with a cash price. I called a few companies that were known for their low price, guess what, this company's offer was 300 dollars less than the other company. For third party glasses(oem compatible) was huge 100 dollars cheaper! Some companies are out to get you during the stressful times. I wasn't sure if I could drive another day with this windshield crack. He kept on top of communication and was super accurate with his delivery. This company hires a quality serviceman too. Friendly and professional. Gave me many tips on caring for the new glass after replacing it. They kept the appointment and was very quick about it. I am very very happy with their service. Showed up on a Monday to have the windshield replaced on a PT cruiser several cars were already being serviced and still was out of there within an hour . Would have liked to enjoy a snack and a Jarritos while waiting .Highly recommend. Oh just be sure when having windshield replaced to have the windows cracked when closing the doors otherwise the pressure can seep through the windshield and cause sealing issues.

Blue Chip helped me out when I needed it the most I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate everything they did and everyone at Blue Chip.from my first phone call the receptionist was polite helpful articulate informative and easy to work with she was will to go the extra distance to meet my needs. Setting the appointment was also easy. When I arrived at Blue Chip I was pleased at how clean the facility was the reception area the waiting lobby and bathrooms and the install shop was incredible. They stepped out into the lobby area to meet and greet me. Nice twist on perfect customer service. They offered me drinks and snacks showed me where the bathrooms were and then brought the window technician out to meet me. The receptionist made me comfortable and the technician made me feel secure that my vehicle was in good hands. The job was completed in an amazing timely manner and I was brought out to the shop to go over the work that had been done the other technicians working there also acknowledged my presents everyone there was helpful their courtesy was a huge deal maker in this day and age of poor service Now days nobody takes the time the disrespect is incredible out there no business ethics but not at Blue Chip you won't find poor service there Blue Chip understands great customer service and respect for their customers.and there business and future business.
