Be careful with this company! I had my Windshield replaced this weekend in my jobs parking lot but it was not installed properly. The windshield was making a loud aching noise when I hit up to 10MPH or hit any type of bump in the road/made a turn and once I hit up to 20MPH you could hear whistling from air seeping through the windshield(not sealed properly). Red flag number 1 was when we called him back an hour after the install expressing our concerns and he told us it was normal because the adhesive hadn't cured yet and to wait the full 48 hours to see if anything changed. I personally don't know much about window instillations but knew this wasn't normal. When we called back 48 hours later to have him come back to repair the issue because nothing had changed, he said he wouldn't be coming back, that we had to take it to his shop and was speaking to us like we were the problem. So you're telling me I have to drive out of my way and inconvenience not only myself but my job for having to take time off of work because YOU didn't install my windshield properly?? Now I'm paying an extra $100 to have another company reinstall my windshield because I refuse to give them anymore of my business. A customer should never be put in a position of inconvenience when the company makes a mistake. Come to find out from the guy who reinstalled my window; this guy orders the cheapest windows and sells them to you for higher prices. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR WINDOW REPLACEMENS - THIS GUYS IS A SCAMMER!!!!!

Worst place ever! Got my car window fix there it broke less than a month. Took it back cuz they said we had a warranty showed them the receipt & they refuse to fix & replace our window. I do not recommend this place. If you want your car window fix go somewhere else.plus they are the rudest ppl. They shouldn't even have there own business.ripping ppl off like that plus I'm Gunna let my friends & family know about this place & there Gunna let others know not to go to this place & for being Mexican we are supposed to take pride & these ppl wur rude & rip-offs & that's not taking pride & I know times are rough but I would never do or treat ppl that way like how they treated us. I saw Rivera's auto glass ad on offer up. I gave them a call cuz I need a window for a vehicle. They said they had it. I showed up a guy came out n told him I was there to pick up window for the car. He told me about 10 to 15 mins that the window would b there. I said ok, more than 15 mins went by and I asked what was up with the window. He replied it's coming from a warehouse out in Avondale or some place out west. So I dipped out cuz I want for the wait. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless u have all the time in the world to wait. Instead I took my business else where and got my window much faster and in a timely manner.

Horrible service literally spoke called to the office twice their driver going over 100 on the freeway me looking out for this company. Have video asked for an email manager kept hanging up on me three times.. Manager had the audacity to say to quit wasting her time you should pay attention to your drivers and how they’re representing your company out in the field and how you’re answering phones . When there’s someone higher than you that sees this and Actually can manage and hold a proper conversation without getting offended when someone’s looking out for your company reach out

Initial service was good with exception on their sense of time was not accurate. Don’t recall getting a receipt so when I called a few weeks later to request a copy I was told they didn’t have one to give me. To say this shop is professional would be a lie. The seals on my window already look to be coming off and the shop owners son damaged and scratched my vehicle. Upon informing them they denied all accountability so I'm now in the process of taking them to court. Also had his ignorant wife attempt to get in an a+b conversation for unknown reasons. Absolutely best price in the valley; did it for $90 cheaper than the next best quote I’d received. Dropped it off, they quoted me 30 - 45 minutes so I decided to just wait. They had it done within the quotes time. Tbh I was in and out, they were extremely professional, with an amazing amazing price. Needed the windshield on my 2002 525i replaced, at first they installed the wrong windshield due to communication errors (needed a windshield with a rain sensor shade, was accidentally given one without the shade.) but they had that problem solved asap and had the correct windshield installed very quickly after realizing their mistake. Service was great but need more communication with client when it comes to fees specially when their charging $5.00 to use a debit card. I call the shop to ask regarding this charge the guy that answer was so rude told me no-one has to tell me about the fees they have signs up. Yes I get it now. I was given a quote over the phone and it was exactly what they said it was going to be. They didn't have any other fees added to it, in fact taxes were even included.
