Pro Tech Auto Glass

My first time working with this company on a replacement of my front windshield due to a cracked windshield from a rock chip. They were referred to me by my State Farm insurance agency. Jose was the gentleman who worked on replacing my windshield; very personable, knowledgeable and completed the job where it looks good! Now I just need to have a good rain storm to test its seals! :-))

This company is replace two windshields for me. Both times they were prompt and very professional and got the job done without any mess. They were priced well and competitive. The staff that answer the phones and set up the appointment was incredibly nice as well. They were very open to setting up a time and place that was convenient for me. I most certainly recommend them.

I continue to have amazing experiences with this company. Let’s face it it’s not a matter of “if” but “when” when that dreaded boulder hits your windshield in AZ. Uggggh! Absolutely flawless service and communication. A+ from start to finish. In AZ you can basically plan to get your windshield replaced once a year if you drive often like I do. I have had mine replaced 8 times in my 10 years living here. Despite the frequency, I had yet to find my go to auto glass replacement company. That all changed this time around. I had multiple appointments fall through with Safelight Auto Glass for various reasons. Wrong or delayed glass ordered, active recall on vehicle to name a couple. Since the replacement has to be done on sight to accommodate calibration I was feeling defeated and frustrated. Being without the vehicle for a half day is not ideal for me. I had previously used a Pro Tech Auto Glass technician and reached out since I was at my wits end. Mirayam from Pro Tech was incredibly prompt and knowledgeable. I was able to go through the Geico app and select Pro Tech for vehicle glass replacement rather then Safelight and Mirayam took it from there. Within 2 business days of reaching out my glass was replaced and calibrated. The best part was. I never had to leave my house. The technician Christian was simply awesome. Super knowledgeable and efficient. I talked with him briefly when he arrived and he was very personable. It was immediately clear he had replaced windowshon multiple vehicles and knew exactly what he was doing. In roughly an hour the glass was replaced and calibration completed as well. No issues at all. The experience could not have been better in all aspects. I have full glass coverage so no cost or deductible needed. Geico's preference is Safelight and they make it very easy to select them for glass replacement. Safelight has a recognizable name and lots of advertising but Pro Tech earned my business. After 10 years I finally have my go to auto glass replacement company. Thank you Mirayam and Christian for making it so easy. You both earned my loyalty and business.

Discussed with sales need to replace Subaru windshield with eyesight feature. My understanding from conversation with sales representative that replacement included Subaru eyesight calibration. Technician arrived with Subaru windshield. Prior to installation, technician gave me contact information of a 2nd party to calibrate Subaru eyesight feature. Technician stated that the calibration was included with the windshield replacement. After windshield installation was completed, Technician then informed me calibration was not included because he assumed (before he started the work) that the windshield replacement was paid for by insurance. Spoke again with initial sales representative and was told calibration was never included with service and apologized for the inconvenience.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

So you think all glass companies are the same? I did, for my last 50 years of driving, until today. Over the years, I've had a great many rock chips and a great many broken windshields... and many, think to use the company that has the most advertising just like I did. I was wrong. My insurance agent suggested ProTech Auto Glass. The experience started with excellent customer service and attention to detail. I had a rock chip that was about the size of a quarter and I knew it wasn't much longer until it's spread across the windshield. Pro Tech Auto Glass was able to do the repair in mere minutes and it was virtually invisible. There are so many good things about the quality of work, customer service, and the attention to detail on my 2019 Lexus. Thank you Pro Tech Auto Glass!

I called this place because it was the closest to my work location. I was quoted 80 bucks out of pocket (I do not have glass coverage) and I was told they would be to me between the hours or 8am and noon. The tech called me just after 9am saying he was on his way to me. I was not on site but I had left my doors unlocked for him. Not only did they get to my car quick but they also were able to fix quickly and they charged me less than originally quoted. The pictures below are 1st what the chip looked like right after it happened and the second one is after the repair I drew a circle around the repair because I almost can not see it anymore.

Pro Tech was one of 3 choices for companies to use with an insurance claim. I chose them because their ratings were good but more importantly, they are locally owned and I try to support small or local businesses as much as can. I had a problem with my installation, called them to let them & they came out right away to fix it! They took care of an issue caused by their mistake with no headache or hassle! It would be easy to badmouth one problem but I’m more impressed with their service than the glass! Thank you!

Had a great experience with Pro Tech. They worked everything out with my insurance, and when I asked they use the same brand of windshield glass for replacement, the were very accommodating and put extra effort into getting approval from my carrier. The tech who did the install was really nice, very knowledgeable, and got the work done timely. If I ever need more auto glass work done, I'm definitely calling this company
