I was reccomend to Pinedas to replace my windshield through my insurance. Ary helped me out alot with the claims process, I had never done a glass claim before so she explained the whole process to me, and she stayed on the phone with me every step of the way. Amazing customer service! Super convenient that they were able to come to my work & replace the cracked windshield in the parking lot all while I worked. They even moved my old windshield banner sticker to my new windshield, they went above & beyond with that, my car looks so good now! I am extremely satisfied with Pineda's Auto Glass service. Their staff was incredibly friendly, and their customer service was exceptional. They conveniently came to my residence, which was very convenient for me. The service was fast and the windshield replacement and calibration were done well. They accepted my auto insurance, and within a day of calling them, my windshield was replaced. I wholeheartedly recommend them without any hesitation.

I called first thing in the morning to make sure they had my window in stock. They did, so I headed straight over, and after an hour, my window was working again. They have great prices, and I paid $100 for a repair. I originally thought my widow was broken, and they were going to replace it for $180 with tax and all. But after they opened the door it turned out the window was not broken. I appreciate their honesty and not charging me the $180.

Extremely friendly small business offering great service at great prices. They fixed my side window in less than an hour. I had tape residue gunked all over my window to keep it from falling. I just came from here. I went to get my windows tinted. They told me they couldn’t tint my window because my window didn’t go down and they would fix it for $100. My window still doesn’t go down, and they still charged me for it because they changed a “ part” in the door, I’m like “my window doesn’t go down or up, i paid u to fix it, and it still doesn’t go up or down, what was the point?” Big rip off. Don’t come here guys.

I was referred and called at 5:30pm on a Monday. George was quick with providing me a quote within minutes and scheduled me for the next morning. Adrain came to my location early the following day and was finished with the installation and calibration by the time I finished a cup of coffee and chatted with a friend.
