I would just like to take the time to come on here and say THAT WAS THE FASTEST WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT I have ever gotten in my entire life!!! Start to finish was about 30 mins, and these guys are professionals! They’re MOBILE as well, but I had errands to run, so figured I would just come by and so glad I did! The price was phenomenal, and the quality was even better. During great conversation while I waited, I learned that it was a 30+ years family business run by the Grandfather Fidel and his two grandsons, Angel and I’m sorry I didn’t get the other young man’s name but he was very polite as well. Bravo gentlemen! Keep it in the family, because you all are doing fantastic! I work in a hospital and I will be recommending these guys to anyone I can. THANK YOU for a great experience and service!! I will definitely be back in the future :)

I’ve stopped by this auto glass shop three separate times, arriving at 8:00 AM and waiting until 8:30 but no one was ever there. Their posted business hours state they open at 8:00 AM, and I even called ahead each time to confirm. The only time I have available is between 8:00 and 9:30 AM because I work full-time. I was assured they’d be open, yet no one ever showed up. I drove 40 minutes each way expecting professional service, only to waste both time and gas. This business clearly doesn’t respect customers’ time or honor its own stated hours. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

Called around and was quoted almost $500 for a windshield. I called Pichon and they quoted me $160 for my windshield on a 2016 volkswagen jetta + $25 for mobile service. Total was $185 which is significantly cheaper than where i called before hand. They were readily available within the next hour, and replaced my windshield in 30 minutes. If you need a window replaced, you have called 3-4 places and they all quote you the ridiculous amount of 200+ dollars look no further. Best price after comparing with 10+ window replacement services. Fast service and excellent customer care. Got my side window broken in too and got it replaced the same day for about half the price that other services in the metro area were quoting me. Absolutely recommend.

Had a great experience at Pichon Auto Glass! They were friendly, fast, and reasonably priced (paid half of what i was quoted by one of the national vendors!). They did a great job replacing my windshield. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. If you're not using these guys for your auto glass needs then you're paying too much, and you're missing out on great service.
