Perfect Solution Auto Glass

The price was cheap. That should of been a dead giveaway. Had a cracked windshield replaced. They used an electric autoglass cut out tool. Which shattered the windshield. Which left pieces of glass all over the interior of my car. They didnt bother cleaning it up when i got the car back. So i had to clean it out myself. They pulled the cable of my dashcam. Broke the shielding of the power cable. You can now see the color of the wires. They broke the cover of rearview mirror. It covers the plate that holds the rearview mirror to the windshield. It also hides a wire for the key fob transmitter. They tried to hide the broken cover by taping it to the windshield and taping the two pieces together. I heard a rattling when i left and noticed it was broken. Also noticed the new windshield they put in is also cracked at the bottom. Didn't bother complaining or going back.

I had the miss fortune of finding my rear windshield shattered, and to make things better I didn't have glass coverage on my car insurance. I am unemployed since March thanks to the Covid19 pandemic so I'm not exactly rich. I was Blessed to have found PERFECT SOLUTION AUTOGLASS....the owner was extremely kind and more than fair to me with the cost. I was barely there for an hour and I was already done and was pleased beyond words with the WHOLE EXPERIENCE ❣I have a crack on my front windshield and when I get the money I will be going to see my new friends at PERFECT SOLUTION AUTOGLASS.... Left $50. deposet for a new $280. said they were not going to be able to get it, said I could have a used one for $160. So went ahead with that. So I get a call next day They have it. I get there and they said it was going to be the 160. +50 deposet and another 50. The windshield looked like crap. I demanded my 50. back. they told me 2002 monte carlo rear window was very hard to find , LoL, went next door found 3 of them for 52.00 for each There a scam never will go back again

If i could give negative stars I would had my Winshield replaced and they messed up my fender but when I contacted the owner he blamed it all on me saying they couldn't have done that very dissatisfied and disappointed I'll include pictures of the good side the dameged side and how they tried to put silicone inside to hold it down and tape

Horrible the did not clean the broken glass at at. They broke a pice off my car, the owner said they would find a replacement. I asked for his personal # to make sure he keeps his word now he won't text back or answer my phone calls. Also they didn't add clean around the window, they said it's extra but never put it on.

I got to say that out of all the places that I've gone to get my windshield replaced this is the number one place and I will not go to any other place they're fast there professional and der cost is not even close to what other companies cost would have been go check it out actions speak louder than words c4yourself

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I walked in asking for information about what I wanted to buy, only for the man to grab me and yell at me. The man had no patience, and he also yelled and scolded the cashier. In the end, he wouldn't serve me and kicked me out. Bad business, and they don't treat people well.
