I have had my last 3 cars looked after by Sam and her team at Penske glass and as someone who has had many different employees and customer service experiences - Sam & Mark are bye far and away the best. They literally are the epitome of what customer services for example, one time when my windshield need replaced I also Had mentioned that my brake fluid light was on, so Sam had the technician bring a gallon jug of Land Rover brake fluid. That was the spec needed for my Range Rover without even letting me know It. With the countless rocks lining all of the freeways in Arizona and the countless windshield companies to match - I will never have any car that needs glass repair that I will not reach out to Sam directly first to make sure the job is getting done properly on time and typically far beyond expectation!

I purchased a brand new Land Rover Defender. One week later, driving down the highway I got a massive rock chip in the windshield, only in Arizona. Penske Glass replaced the windshield quickly, professionally and to factory specs. They provided me the best windshield replacement service I’ve ever seen. It was a sick feeling when the incident happened, but it was a fantastic feeling knowing our brand new (expensive) vehicle was right back to being new again. I believe Penske Glass is, without a doubt, the best!

My daughter’s Mini suffered a huge crack across 3/4 of the windshield along with numerous pits. The technician had sound knowledge of BMW windshield and ADAS calibration process and the whole replacement process was done under 30 minutes. My experience was outstanding. Although the engagement process is a bit tedious, Shekina was understanding and very helpful. Once all data required was supplied, they handled it all to my satisfaction. The best was the mobile tech assigned. The glass was replaced at home. He was on time and a great person. Best place to call if you need your whole windshield replaced. I used them twice to get my windshields replaced on two cars. Damn AZ rocks. They work with your insurance and make replacement so easy. The repair tech comes to an authorized auto dealer near you to do the replacement. They replace the windshield and perform any calibration needed. The customer service is top notch! Highly recommend using them.

Jesus was AWESOME! SUPER PROFESSIONAL AND VERY QUICK! They used OEM PARTS on my AUDI A6 They are AWESOME! I hightailed recommended. Again Jesus was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I was surprised at how quickly he did a full replacement. SUPER IMPRESSIVE! They are worth it! Needed replacement and they were there the following day with an uber professional install! AGAIN JESUS IS THE MAN!

I had a large crack in my windshield so I called to get it replaced. I placed my call on a Friday morning around 10am, and by 2 o’clock that day, one of their team members was at my home replacing the glass. They made the entire process so easy! Their team was very professional, quick, and the quality of their work was excellent. I highly recommend them for your auto glass needs.
