At first this company seemed wonderful, I needed a window regulator replaced and they hands down beat all the competition with the price and were willing to come to my work and fix the regulator. Once arrived and after they began the work I was informed that they were not replacing my regulator but repairing it instead and did not have the right parts to finish the job. The following day they came to my house to finish the job but again did not have all the necessary pieces so I was asked if I could bring it into the shop another day which I happily created an appointment for. When I showed up at the autoshop the employees were confused as to why I was there and claimed I had no appointment, when I called the gentleman who I scheduled the appointment with, he made up a story about a family emergency rather than owning that they forgot to schedule my appointment. The following weekend I once again drove across the city to my appointment at 9am to find no one was at the shop until 920. My window is finally repaired, but the hassle was not worth the headache. A job that should have taken 2 hours spanned over a month. Be careful with what they promise as you might be paying for a repair rather than a replacement

Luna's Autoglass provided superb service to my car. I went in for a windshield replacement. The workmanship was topnotch and the windshield is of very good quality. They provided friendly and accommodating customer service from my initial call until the end of the service. On top of that, the price was the lowest (in my case) within the valley. I would also like to commend the installer for informing me about a possible coolant leak in my car that he noticed. With him letting me know, I was able to change a cracked hose in my radiator, thus preventing an overheat especially in this AZ summer.

I just like to say that this company here did a really good job I've used multiple windshield companies in the past and so far they don't compare to this company. The guy who came out and replaced my windshield was very professional he kept Everything clean and Order he took his time again it looks very professional and I would definitely recommend this company and I will be using this company in the future

Great people doing a great job at a great price! I had two of those chips in my windshield, due to some idiot in a big pickup truck cutting across 3 lanes and the "Gore zone" to send rocks flying directly at me. 🤬 Probably the best chip repair I've seen. Highly recommend them for that and all future glass issues I need.

Well I looked everywhere for a window for my S550 and know where could I find one or it was going to be 7 to ten days Well I don't live in Arizona and I needed to leave that morning and got ahold of him that morning he showed up at 6am and fixed it.I wish every business was as great as los Luna thank you again
