Dave's Metro Auto Glass

This shop is AMAZING!!! You MUST go there!!! I recently used another auto glass shop to repair three of my car windows. They charged me to correctly fix one of the three and to temporarily fix the other two. One of the two temporary fixes failed the next day. They agree to get the parts they said I needed and charge me again to fix the two correctly. After agreeing to what they suggested, I called them for three weeks to get updates on parts for repair and schedule the work, but they blew me off each time. They never helped me as promised. So, I gave up, found, and called Dave's Metro Auto Glass. From the first phone call, talking with Jessica, they were AMAZING, just AMAZING! She patiently listened to my problem and concern. She took the time to speak with the shop to see what they could do to help me. She suggested I bring my car in to get it checked out. She handled the situation perfectly! She was super polite, kind, and very professional. Finally, when I visited the shop, I spoke with Missy. She was super polite, friendly, kind, and very professional as well. She knew exactly how to help me and immediately got a technician to look at my car!! She never made me feel like I was some idiot, in fact, she went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a person and new customer. Isaiah, a super nice technician, looked at my car and immediately figured out what was wrong. He kindly and patiently explained the problem, which was the opposite of what I was told. Very very nice guy!! So, I worked with Missy to bring my car back for repair. She was A M A Z I N G!!! Dolton, another fabulous technician helped me. He was A M A Z I N G!! The nicest, most patient, and thorough guy EVER!!!! He knew exactly what wrong and walked me through how to fix it. Not only did he do that, he helped me with a few other problems that were unrelated, one of which I've been trying to figure out for several years. Dolton is A M A Z I N G!! I am very impressed with ALL the employees at this shop because they have wonderful work ethics and excellent customer service skills!! They are super knowledgeable, upfront, and very honest about what they can and can not do. They go above and beyond!!! Go there!!!!

My F-150 was in and out in about 45 minutes. My 94 Acura legend took a few hours. Either way, this is the place to go. The service is GREAT! They really know how to make the waiting experience the best. Their waiting room has Direct TV with all the channels, WiFi, USB & power strips, a water cooler with cups, clean restroom & a foosball table. Their customer service is also great and everyone is so friendly. They also come to you and replace your glass at your address. Last time I was there, John even referred a good plumber since I mentioned I had a water leak, but that's another review. These guys are the ones that take care of our big rigs at work and are definitely my go to place to get my auto glass taken care of.

I cannot say enough good things about Dave's Metro Auto Glass and their entire crew. They're always super pleasant on the phone & have always shown up on time - many times with very short notice. I'm the transportation supervisor for a fast paced chemical company here in the valley and without their services, many times trucks we could not afford to down for repairs would have been sidelined. Their installers are professional & do great work. I have never had to call them back out for any install related issues. If you need a windshield repaired or replaced I highly recommend you call these folks!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! DAVE'S CREW BROKE MY REAR SIDE WINDOW AND LEFT BLACK OIL SHOE MARKS ON MY SUEDE SEATS!! Dave denied breaking my side window and then lied about offering that type of repair. Clearly, it's right on his website. I just hate to be lied to. No honesty here. I am reporting this business to the State Attorney General, Consumer Affairs, and all entities that will listen to me. Shady business. Charges NO TAXES. I smell an audit. Dave I'M AM ASKING ONE MORE TIME, TO PLEASE JUST FIX WHAT YOU BROKE. The statue of limitation is arriving so I need action or I take action. Thank you

I was referred to Dave's Metro Glass as a reputable company through my mechanic. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Both in dealing with Jane telephonically (who handled my claim) and Shayne in person (the technician who came out to repair my windshield), I felt that my time was valuable, I was acknowledged on a personal level, and treated respectfully and fairly. For me, life never seems to get less complicated. I most definitely appreciate the expediency by which they returned my call, how they handled my claim, and most importantly...the human touch!

Called the day before because I live way up on route 66. They made sure my glass was in stock and gave me a window Of time the next day to show up which is great because it was flexible and who knows what can happen in a 3+ hour drive. I showed up around 2pm and they had the window changed in under 40min. Everything was timely and professional. I'm not your average customer because I own a body shop, I restore old cars too... I can tell right away if people are skilled... Excellent service and polite professional glass techs. Keep up the excellent work 😉👍🏻

I am very happy I went with Dave's Metro Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. The customer service was top notch, and the installation was flawless. The technician that did the work was friendly, experienced, and did a great job. His attention to detail with every single step was obvious and the end result couldn't have been better. This installation was on my brand new (3 months old) 2019 Chevy Colorado. I will be recommending Dave's to everyone I know for their windshield replacements in the future.

The employees at this place went above and beyond to help me with a windshield chip (smaller than a quarter) on a rental car. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I phoned a few places and they had the lowest price at $40. I didn't have to book an appointment and could walk in. I was there for about 15 minutes, and they have a comfortable waiting area for customers with free WiFi. Then to top it off, the employee surprisingly didn't even charge me for the service.

Had a rock chip from a while ago, and then snow in Flagstaff helped it spread out. Had 1 day off, and nobody in Flagstaff had what I needed, nor could fit me in today. Was told to call somewhere in Phoenix. Dave's was the first place I called, and they said they'd be waiting on me when I got here. They started working on it almost immediately! Just called in to get a quote to get my windshield replaced, before I could even talk the lady told me that they aren’t taking any cash customer’s because they are too busy. That means they are only taking insurance jobs because they know they pay big money. I was placed on hold before this and they played a long message about how they want to take care of everybody’s family like it’s their own. Kinda sounds like they just wanna make the most out of it from insurance companies
