The service was very fast and very affordable. I have referred 3 family members so far who have used his service for windshield repair. They we’re done replacing the windshields within 10-20mins! Absolutely stellar! These boys made me an incredibly affordable offer on an overdue power window carriage replacement, and met me half way on the price for providing my own part when I couldn't quite manage the final installation. They were able to come to my location within an hour same day, took what I was expecting to be a serious pain and made it look easy and got it done quick! Been going to these guys for years! I called around other places and the windshield prices I was quoted was ridiculous! I have a 2015 Ford Escape and was quoted over $300, some places over $400. I went to my guys at Broadway Auto, they not only did it for a great price..$190.. it was done in less than an hour! (I went to an authentic Mexican restaurant while I waited) My new windshield is even cuter than I expected as well. It has a beautiful blue tint across the top! I love it and love these guys! Don't be afraid of the area, go to these guys for all your glass or power regulator needs, they are amazing!

So far very pleased. Just installed today so not sure if won't leak but will give the benefit as if it won't. Price was very good and service was very fast. I gave the guys and gals a 20% tip. I enjoy having business performed quick and priced fairly. I did have to vacuum my car afterwards so be prepared for that if necessary. If I could buy everything this way I would be happier. I called an hour ahead of time, showed up, from East Mesa, then was told my windshield would be here in 30 mins. I left for 20, came back, then the guy got upset when we asked how long it'd take and said, "I already sold your windshield!" There's no way he sold it in 20 mins & he was extremely rude and unprofessional. The place is a dump, no indoor sitting area, and the workers ignore you unless you ask them a question. This is an amazing family owned business! Junior was early to our appointment and did an awesome job. He replaced my windshield in literally a few minutes. Guess this guys have never heard of customer service. Extremely rude and no manners. It's almost as if you are bugging them by bringing your business to them. I rather take my money and business somewhere where it is greatly appreciated and welcomed and where I'm treated like a customer. To who ever owns this place. I would highly recommend for these employees to undergo customer service and sales training to prevent you losing out on additional revenue.

I originally called abouy having a passenger side mirror installed, I was quoted a very fair price. I arrived and the mirror was replaced quickly an competently. I then asked about having my windshield repaired, I was then quoted a very fair price and the work stated 30 minutes later after retrieving the glass for my car. Very talented repair specialist. Two guys put in a new windshield on my car. They’re price of $150 was the cheapest one around, so they can have that 1 star, but the windshield is not shaded on the top like it’s supposed to be. Also, they refuse to give me a receipt. Now I see why! So they don’t have to return to put the shade that is supposed to go on the top part of the windshield!ServicesAuto windshield replacement
