Auto Glass Replacement

My car insurance could not cover the windshield because I did not have a full window coverage. I was told by my insurance that I will be liable for 1000 dollar deductible first. BRIAN was on the 3 way call with them during all these stressful times, being understanding throughout the entire process. He stayed on the line after agent left and he continued to help and be understanding of the entire situation. He was able to pull the best rates immediately and recommended products that I could afford with a cash price. I called a few companies that were known for their low price, guess what, this company's offer was 300 dollars less than the other company. For third party glasses(oem compatible) was huge 100 dollars cheaper! Some companies are out to get you during the stressful times. I wasn't sure if I could drive another day with this windshield crack. He kept on top of communication and was super accurate with his delivery. This company hires a quality serviceman too. Friendly and professional. Gave me many tips on caring for the new glass after replacing it. They kept the appointment and was very quick about it. I am very very happy with their service. All I can say is, these guys were on top of it, the other big guys ( SL) said it would be two weeks before they could get me in, I called AGR and Brian picked up right away and got everything setup through my insurance, he also located the windshield that is only available through the dealer at this time. The installer showed up at my house in the time frame I was quoted, Hector was very efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up. the guy that calibrated the safety system was extremely professional. I had a great experience at AZ Auto Glass. My insurance told me Safelight was a week out, but Brian was able to squeeze me in next day. They came out to my job (which is a jail so not the easiest location) and were able to get everything done quickly and professionally. The installer even cleaned out all the broken glass in my trunk which was super nice. I was definitely pleased with their customer service and timely scheduling! Really pleased with my experience. Yesterday my car was broken into at a Circle K and my entire driver side window was shattered. Called these guys and they got me set up for a next day appointment at my apartments. The techs were friendly and trustworthy.
