Auto Glass Clinic

I work for a refrigeration company here in Glendale AZ and have used Auto Glass Clinic recently. The technicians are friendly, courteous and they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our service is done and done right the first time. We recently had a chip repaired on a service truck and the tech noticed that the rubber gasket around the window wasn't securely in place. We thought it would need to be replaced. But Auto Glass Clinic repaired the seal around the windshield without mentioning it to us or charging us more. That is great customer service. He seen it wasn't in the channel and even though he wasn't there to fix it and did it anyways. I will recommend them to anyone who needs glass repairs. They are always on time and always at the max next day service. Great company!!!

AUTO GLASS CLINIC IS GREAT!! So, I usually hate taking my car in for an oil change or any type of service. I don't know much about cars or the cost of services and usually leave with a whopping bill feeling clueless. I had my A7 Audi windshield replaced. I called to make an appointment and they were so helpful, kind and most of all PATIENT (since I had a million questions to ask). Auto glass clinic reasonably quoted me, they were on time with the appointment. My windshield came out looking spotless. Very clean, prompt, knowledgeable and professional!! Couldn't have asked for a more simple and comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend them again and again!!

Kudos to the Excellent Customer Service I received from Shelly Miller while trying to navigate the insurance companies 3rd party adjusters and finally finding the correct side window for my 1992 Jeep Cherokee . Nothing but 6 star service from Shelly as well as my service tech that was Excellent in all phases of completing his assignment. I spent (45) years in the customer service industry and I would without hesitation welcome Shelly onto any winning team that I’ve managed . I have two more vehicles that need some glass attention and because of the excellent attention I received from Shelly and her team this is the only glass company I’ll take my vehicles to.

After finding out that I did not have auto glass coverage on my insurance it was a nightmare calling around and getting prices. I never knew how expensive a windshield could be. Not sure how auto glass clinic does it but I thought the price they gave me was a mistake because it was so much lower than everyone else. Love to see businesses like this actually caring for people and providing great customer service with such a low price. Hope you guys stay in business for ever! Perhaps the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair company. Easy and fast setup for the repair, they were able to come out to my vehicle a single business day later. They then did me the ludicrously nice courtesy of driving to my work location for paper signing, as I couldn't be at home for the repair. No fuss or tricks regarding the $100 windshield insurance-covered repair. Being an Arizonan, I've had my share of Loop-202 windshield cracks and have used several other auto glass repair companies. Luckily, I don't need to shop around anymore. Seriously, choose these guys.

I am so impressed with the customer service and how quickly they responded to my request. Once I filed my claim they came to replace my windshield the very next morning. My car looks brand new again and that awful crack has now been replaced with this quality windshield. Also because my insurance worked with Auto Glass Clinic, they even cut me a check for $100.00 it was that easy and handed to me upon completion of my car. I'm amazed and if I ever need to get my windshield replaced again ( Hopefully not!) I'll definitely know who I can reach out to and trust.

It was near the end of the day when Shelly took my call and assisted me. She was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. Since I didn't have my insurance information, she called my insurance company and added me to the line. Although the customer service representative was quite rude, Shelly continued to support me, despite being a stranger. I’m a new customer and I have to say, the customer service here is amazing! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Talking to Bob on the phone was super easy. Luis came to replace mine and my husband's windshield, and he was just so pleasant. He was very knowledgeable, even more so than me about my own car, and he managed to do the calibrations on the same day. I don't see any reason to go anywhere else. I'll definitely be coming back here for my yearly windshield replacement. Thanks a bunch!
