My family and I were visiting from Chicago. We were staying in the Mesa area. Unfortunately, our front windshield cracked while driving through Payson; We did not have auto insurance benefit to repair this. We obtained multiple quotes from local vendors, (including safelite) but we decided to get our repair through this company due to the excellent reviews and initial interaction via phone. Fred was professional and he went above and beyond for us. He was able to squeeze us in for repair the same day we inquired. He gathered our vehicle information and made sure he installed the correct windshield. He arrived to us within the promised time frame, fixed our windshield and did a wonderful job.
