Been working with this company for 3+ yrs wouldn’t go to anyone else! So hassle free NO DOWNLOADING apps to take pics. When an auto glass company lead me to think they still worked with this company they had me download an app which wouldn’t stop crashing and go through this annoying and inconvenient process just to find out they couldn’t even get us on the schedule and do the job! All that hassle for nothing!! I reconnect with Christina and had everything set up easy peasy same day and they are mobile so they came to me just a two days later the work was done and it was immaculate!! The worker did a wonderful job. I will never go to anybody else. The cash incentive is nice but this company is so good that even without the cash incentive I would pick them over any other company!!! The windshield of our 2018 Corvette ate a rock on the freeway, quickly developing a footlong crack. Time for a replacement. I reflexively called American Warrior Auto Glass because they did a great job fixing a chip in our truck windshield. With military precision they got our insurance on a three-way call to breeze through the authorization process. A few days later Ryan showed up in front of our house, on time. As he started inspecting the car, he suggested we reschedule because the aftermarket glass he had wouldn’t work well with the Heads Up Display, potentially producing a blurry reflection. Instead of just installing the glass, he took the harder and more honorable path, something I deeply respected. The GM glass took weeks to arrive, and I received periodic status calls from American Warrior, because they were continuously leaning on the shipper. Great communication that went the extra mile. When Ryan showed up with the GM glass and started the removal and installation, I fully grasped the complexity of the task. The amount of parts that had to be removed, just to reveal the windshield, was staggering. The tight clearances made the job even harder. Ryan has clearly done this for many, many years. The removal and installation were perfect. If you care about your vehicle, you should think about hiring just such a master craftsman. There are reviews we write because the job was exceptional and you want to share the story. But there are a few reviews we write out of a sense of duty and honor. This review is the latter. The level of efficiency, proficiency, and honor that I received compels me to tell others. This is the kind of company you want to do business with.

Very polite and the last time they were out we joked about bringing donuts the. next time. Well this afternoon they came out and the technician thought it was too late in the day for donuts so he gave me a gift card instead. This is excellent customer service!!! As well as the tinting, I needed my front windshield replaced because of a crack. These guys were very quick to respond, were very helpful with all the information I needed and got the job done when they said it would be done. I am thankful of the care they took with my baby. Carl promptly assured me he could get the glass and meet me where I was. He texted 15 minutes before arriving and started working immediately, despite the 116-degree heat. We got a quote but that changed when it came time for the service. We eventually called someone locally. Fortunately it was J&S Auto in Mesa. Not only were we supporting small business owners, the service, price and quality of the removal and installation of the window was great. Plus we were within their radius of coming to our home and doing the replacement at no charge. The tech was kind and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service. My 2006 Jetta had regulator issues on the passenger side door. This team of experts answered my call promptly and got me schedule on their books. I was worried about having to drive the car to them, as I would have to miss work which then they offered me a MOBILE service!! So they were able to come to me. I called Premiere Auto Glass and spoke with Amanda and she gave me awareness of the Arizona Glass Waver with my auto insurance. This will be long but worth it! Starting with Scott, from the first call I made to Premiere auto glass there was an issue with my insurance companies glass claims phone line. We couldn’t get through so he had to work on getting through after we spoke to get claims on the line. He was persistent and managed to get them on the line when I couldn’t! He called me back and set the appointments quickly for the following day ! Then VICTOR text to let me know his ETA and arrived on time. This man was the most wonderful person I’ve done business with. He was kind, respectful and worked so quickly & efficiently that it kinda threw me off a little. I haven’t seen this kind of workmanship and customer service in a very long time. Victor also informed me about things I didn’t realize were happening with my vehicle. We talked during the process and I was very impressed. I know without a shadow of a doubt I will be a return customer. After this experience I wouldn’t want anyone else to do any glass replacements on our vehicles. Thank you so much Scott and Victor!!
