PREMIERE AUTO GLASS

This will be long but worth it! Starting with Scott, from the first call I made to Premiere auto glass there was an issue with my insurance companies glass claims phone line. We couldn’t get through so he had to work on getting through after we spoke to get claims on the line. He was persistent and managed to get them on the line when I couldn’t! He called me back and set the appointments quickly for the following day ! Then VICTOR text to let me know his ETA and arrived on time. This man was the most wonderful person I’ve done business with. He was kind, respectful and worked so quickly & efficiently that it kinda threw me off a little. I haven’t seen this kind of workmanship and customer service in a very long time. Victor also informed me about things I didn’t realize were happening with my vehicle. We talked during the process and I was very impressed. I know without a shadow of a doubt I will be a return customer. After this experience I wouldn’t want anyone else to do any glass replacements on our vehicles. Thank you so much Scott and Victor!!

Glass cracked within hours of the install. Premiere sent out an adjuster named Miguel to inspect the windshield. He concluded the glass was damaged during the install by the technician, Phillip. He told me someone from their office team would reach out to set up another replacement. I have since been GHOSTED. As you can see by the photo the chip originates on the very edge of the glass and has turned into a crack that runs nearly the entire length of the windshield. I had to pull back the rubber seal on the windshield with my fingers in order to locate the initial damage (chip).

I have had 2 windshields replaced now with Premiere Auto Glass and I won’t use anyone else! The team at Premiere Auto Glass is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have a 2025 SUV with cameras and sensors in the windshield so when it came time to have it replaced, I wasn’t sure if any company had the knowledge or expertise to do the work. I called the team at Premiere and they knew exactly what needed to be done and they did it perfectly! Don’t go anywhere else for a new windshield. The great people at Premiere Auto Glass will take care of you, I promise!

I recently had my windshield replaced, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service provided by Victor. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and displayed exceptional attention to detail. The installation was flawless, and he made sure everything was clean and secure before finishing. Victor also took the time to explain the process and provide care instructions, which I really appreciated. Victor with Premier Auto Glass was absolutely amazing. Actually the entire Premier Auto Glass team have been amazing. They got me taken care of in less than 24 hours. They helped me with my insurance as well as just had an amazing attitude throughout the entire process. Honestly I was dreading getting this done. Because I didn't know how to navigate through the system. Yeah Premiere was above and beyond I recommend them to everyone. Again way to go Victor coming out in 100 plus degree Heat to my office while I worked he worked.

I had my windshield replaced today and I couldn’t be happier. I procrastinated for 3 weeks because I dreaded the process. But I have to tell you Amanda, Miguel the technician and Jason made the experience as easy as it gets. They were all on point and fulfilled exactly what they said they were going to do. I realize some people may get a little skeptical when they read a flawless review- however all the above was really my experience and I’m sure they will take care of you in the same way!!

I had called a few glass shops around town to repair a chip and was told that it’s not repairable and I have to buy a new windshield. This isn’t my first rodeo with windshield chips. Thankfully I called Premier Auto Glass and they were able to fill the chip for me in the next day. The technician, Bradly, was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was lucky to have him work on my vehicle! He did a fantastic job! I now know a who to use for all my glass needs! Thank you PAG!

I had damage on my windshield as I was coming back into town. I had a very narrow window to get it repaired. Premier set me an appointment for Monday morning but continued to contact the repair gentleman to try and get him to my place on Saturday. Sure enough they were able to schedule him for Saturday afternoon and he did a wonderful job. They followed threw with a promise to get him to me as soon as they were able. That means a lot to me

I had a great experience with Premier Auto Glass! I called for a quote and didn't receive any high pressure sales, they had the best price (I got quotes from 3 other companies as well), and they were quick with an appointment. Professional customer service was provided by the guys who came to replace the windshield. Over all, a great experience, and I plan on using them in the future should I ever need their services again.

Miguel was professional, courteous, polite and very quick and efficient. I recommend him. I drove my car around for a day before I wrote this review. Everything is perfect so far. Excellent customer service on the phone, too. Better ans competitive prices. They come to you, and they'll fix dings up to the size of a quarter for FREE for a FULL YEAR and they'll come out to you for THAT too, at no additional charge! Awesome 😎👍
