Great customer service. They were able to get someone to come to my place in a timely manner. The person who came out was quick and great getting the work done and for a decent price. Totally recommend for anyone looking for a winshield replacement!

Horrible communication. Left hanging for asking questions trying to give them business. Asked were they able to order a part for me since they didn't have it in stock and blocked me. Not how to run a business at all.

They offer cash back to entice you to use them, then tell you no after they replace the windshield. If you expect, cash back, go elsewhere. We've had no issues with the windshield, but it's false advertisement.

The man was nice and friendly. Did an amazing job replacing my car windshield. I would recommend them to anyone needing a windshield. I actually liked that he came to me and I didn't have to drive to them.

I would stay away from this company. They were late with absolutely no communication whatsoever. Pacific Auto Glass also offers cash back like many other windshield companies. When the installer finally got to my place I asked for the money and I was told his boss said he wasn't giving it to me. I have quite a few vehicles and get windshields replaced through out th e year and this has never happened before. We try and use and support local businesses. We have left several messages and have gotten no response from Pacific Glass. They are supposed to stand behind what they advertise. Something seems shady about this company. I called my insurance and they contracted out a service called Pacific auto glass and they were quick and on it. They were here the next day on time and they did amazing job, and they gave me the windshield with the tint strip on the top as an option if you qualify through your insurance. That’s a must if you are able to get it, They came out to my house and it only took 45 minutes probably you should definitely get it, Santiago was my installer he was professional I recommend him to come out and do your service Keep up the good work, Santiago, and everyone else at Pacific Auto glass appreciate it

Not sure what is going on. I have used them in the past with good service and pricing but I have been trying to reach them for the past 3 business days and have not been able to get an answer or a call back. Phone just rings out every time and messages have not been returned. I will change this review if I get a call back with an reasonable explanation in a timely manner.

I am an Uber driver. I got a ding on my windshield. I felt the need to get it taken care quickly so it doesn't spread, which would have resulted in me having to replace a third windshield. They took care of it quickly. They sent a tech named Katong out to help me. It was a very reasonable price compared to other big companies. He is very courteous and friendly. :)
