My 2006 Jetta had regulator issues on the passenger side door. This team of experts answered my call promptly and got me schedule on their books. I was worried about having to drive the car to them, as I would have to miss work which then they offered me a MOBILE service!! So they were able to come to me. And with that trip to me, they had all their tools and gameplan in a neat and organized truck ready to fix the vehicle! The job took under an hour and half!!!!!!!!!!! Quick and painless as I call it. I can not thank them enough for fixing my car within an affordable and convenient fashion. Wish I can give Antonio 100 STARS!!! Antonio is very honest and very reliable. Very good quick and effective services for my 2005 Cayenne Porsche. Had an issue with my drivers window regulator. He found out it’s not the regulator is the problem.. It’s the teeth attach to the motor that makes the window rolls up/down. Replaced at a relatively lower price for the part than a dealership or retailer mechanic. Imagine if Antonio is not honest.., he could easily tell me all kinds of problems and charge me with high prices., not only that he work hard with patience and wanted to make sure he fix the problem right… Go see Antonio, you will not be disappointed, I’m very happy I chose his services! Definitely use him again!

First, Beatrice quoted me an affordable price, much lower than I was being quoted for the small driver side mirror that helps you change lanes safely on my rental no less. Then, because my car color was on back order Antonio found me a guy to match my color exactly and paint over the factory color that came. Lastly, Antonio did all the driving to and from the paint guy as well as floating me the cost of the paint guy until the day he installed everything and no one could tell anything out of the ordinary even happened. “THANK YOU, MONROY’S!” I will definitely be back and even more confident in referring you out to other’s. I requested a quote from monroys via the internet and no more the 1 minute after I pressed the send butron. I received a phone call with an affordable price and they were at my house in no less than an hour as stated on the phone. The quality of service was awesome and quick. Today I stopped by at three and was out the door by 3:40. I called and got an estimate on the spot. They had the windshield and were able to fit me in the same day! Absolutely amazing service! The windshield looks amazing. The interior was cleaner than I left it. The windshield looks amazing!!! I also got some new windshield wipers on the house 😀. Amazing and fast experience. Excellent job! Very efficient!! I have been saving up for a windshield replacement. My deductible is more than the cost of the windshield and installation. They quoted $75 cheaper than many other quotes. In fact the cost for it including the tint along the top or "shade" as it's called AND new wiper blades with installation too, ALL of that cost less than what a windshield alone was elsewhere. And to think if My neighbor and I hadn't seen their truck while running errands, I never would have known about them!!! Can't say enough about how impressed I am!

Amazing work and fast Service, I thwarted a car jacking over the holiday weekend, however they managed to smash out a rear passenger window, I must have called 20 places on Monday July 3rd who all said they couldn't get the window because their warehouse was closed, however the team at Monroy's came through, not only were they able to get the glass, they installed it same day and vacuumed out the car. I would 100% give my business to these guys on Service alone, but even better is the quote was less than the big guys like safelite.

Called around for availability of repair and estimate. I was able to get an acceptable quote and a same day appointment. I was shown the damaged parts and shown the replacement parts he was using. Also received a two year warranty on the repair. Super customer service from an experienced technician and all around nice guy. We had a crack in our windshield that stretched almost all the way across, so we called them, based on their high reviews. They had our windshield in stock, so they called our insurance immediately and within 5 minutes, our claim was approved, and we had an appointment set up for the next morning. Their technician Antonio came on time, and our windshield was installed in about an hour, and it looks great. The whole process was very simple and smooth, and I would definitely use Monroy's again!

I took my truck here after I couldn't get my new regulator/motor to roll up. They decided that it was an electrical problem and couldn't fix ,however they manually operated the regulator and reattached my door glass so I could drive without a bunch of blue tape blocking my vision ,so 5 stars for the help,5 stars for no attitude about bringing a already installed new part and 5 stars for freely admitting that the problem may be something they could not fix
