This company is best. They have come to my home 4 times over the last year. Every time they came they were right on time. Very polite and the last time they were out we joked about bringing donuts the. next time. Well this afternoon they came out and the technician thought it was too late in the day for donuts so he gave me a gift card instead. This is excellent customer service!!! Quick repairs done professoionally with a side of love to boot!!!

We have been using APEX for several years and they have replaced many windshields for us (thanks to all the rocks on our freeways). The service we receive from Paul and his crew has always been top notch. They are not only courteous and professional but they always strive to go above and beyond our expectations every time. Paul is the only person I would let touch my cars. He just replaced my windshield on my 2024 GT Mustang. After arriving he noticed a defect in the new windshield glass and wouldn't install it. He went back to the distributor to find a good one. This shows his integrity in doing a good job. This was the second time I used Apex on my other 2011GT Mustang and that job went great also. He has 25 years experience.

Apex Autoglass is the business to use. Scheduling was very accommodating and ensured the product was available for a later installation. Josh did a very thorough and professional job, even found damage and other concerns from less experienced/careful providers. I will only use Apex and Josh in the future.

Paul at Apex, is the book definition of customer service, he was able to quickly get my windshield replaced in a timely manner, very polite and great conversation. He waited for me to get home to replace my windshield, and if that's not customer service I'm not sure what it is!
