This company also handles Leer camper shells in town. I needed a window replaced in my camper shell and you have to go through an authorized Leer dealer. The lack of response was staggering. I called to ask for a quote, no answer, so I left a message, no call back after over a week. This happened twice. Then I decided to go in person to get a quote. They took a picture of the serial number and took a note of what we needed and said they would call back with a quote. I never heard back. I called again to check on it, no answer, left a message, no phone call back. This took 4 weeks before I reached out to Leer National to get help. They called this dealer to get things going. With their push this shop got the item ordered. It was back ordered from their warehouses and I knew this was going to take time to come in. Finally I called Leer National to see if it had been delivered to the Flagstaff dealer and it had been delivered the day prior. I didn’t hear from the local dealer to get it scheduled for installation, so I called. It took another week to actually have it installed. I highly recommend coming here! I recently had my entire rear view mirror fall off right before I had a long car ride. It completely fell apart so I had to duct tape it on so I could drive safely. The next day I went to the Big O Tires, which I've been a long time customer, but they told me they wouldn't want to work on it because they were worried about damaging any sensors it has. They told me to go to Storm Auto Glass which was right down the street. I called them and told me they could get me in early the next morning. I came in today and they were very kind and enthusiastic to help me. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes! All it needed was to be attached back on properly, and he assured me there wouldn't be a problem with the sensors. He showed me how I should properly adjust my mirror so it wouldn't fall off again. I got a rear view mirror extender for Christmas and was worried I wouldn't be able to use it anymore, but he made sure I could. No charge either! Extremely thankful I got help from them, and they seem very reliable.

I'm in town taking care of my son, who is at Flagstaff Medical Center. My back rear window started to fall down yesterday, and I was fit to be tied. Last night, the assistant manager at O'Reilly's suggested I go to Storm Auto Glass for assistance. I was welcomed by the cutest dog, Pepper. They took care of me right away. Unfortunately, they couldn't find the part in town today, but they pushed my window back up into place and secured it with tape from the inside. This should hold me until I get back into the valley. The technician also suggested that I buy my own regulator in the valley and take it to a small shop for repair to save money. Thank you for taking the time to help me. Flagstaff sure does have some wonderful people living here! ❤️

These people were amazing. This is the first review I've ever left, but they really went above and beyond and helped me out in a pinch. I had a roadtrip coming up and needed to get my windshield replaced late in the day to keep on schedule and was wary about leaving it broken overnight. They stayed on the phone and worked with me to get my insurance lined up for replacement and get the windshield ordered for shipment from the Valley and even ordered an extra with rainsense that I didn't know my car had installed. Everything lined up, every single person was incredibly helpful and on board, and everything went off without a hitch. Wish I knew about them sooner but they were really my heroes that day!

Absolutely phenomenal service! They really took good care of us out in a pinch. I called late one night on a Friday and they had us fixed up and back on the road on a Saturday. Greg & Pam really took a load off our shoulders. They went The extra mile to get things accomplished quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend their services to anyone with a windshield situation that needs immediate attention. The replacement was completed quickly and professionally with good quality workmanship. I had some unfortunate damage to my back window and nowhere else in town could fix it for almost a week, but when we called Storm we were told I could come in the next morning and get it fixed, super convenient! Greg was not only fast at fixing my window, but also super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He dealt with the insurance himself which was a huge help to me. Mark also did a great job tinting my window before it went on, overall such a great experience. I highly recommend this place, this is the first place I’ll come if I ever need anything else in the future!

10/10. Fast service, small business (always support), great service, and super kind people. Caught a rock to my windshield which need to be replaced. They ordered and fixed my windshield in a short time (also understanding we were on a vacation and wanted to get back on the road) and the service was amazing. They also take took our insurance coverage, State Farm! Wish this shop was in my hometown, its rare to find service, care, hospitality, and pricing like this shop and the people who work there! Storm auto glass was a lifesaver. I was driving across county to Miami and didn't even make it out of Nevada before windshield hit. Crack continued to spread. Stopped in Flagstaff AZ, and called several companies that said no. However, Storm autoglass went out of their way to fit me in to replace my windshield. Friendly, fast and a lifesaver for me. Greg and Pam are great people and provide a great service. Greg replaced my windshield and even checked a couple of other things for me. I am a Senior traveling the country and they made me feel very well taken care of. I come to Flagstaff every year for a month or two. I will be sure to recommend them to folks I meet here. They did a great job replacing my windshield and were able to order a specific brand for me. They have in-shop tint services and tinted my windshield before install. They also didn't require me to pay for a sensor recalibration like many other shops in the area. My car has all the sensors but the way they're mounted, they don't need to be recalibrated when the windshield is replaced. Very friendly and highly recommended!
