Inspector's Auto Glass & Tint

I have used inspectors auto for 20 years i never had an issue, and this time, it just seemed like there was a lot of things that went wrong. The wrong tint was put on, just wanted to do a visor strip. And you guys stripped my two front windows and changed the price on the fly, So then I had to do all the windows on my truck. The tint that I had on my truck was a very good quality and the tint that got installed was a lower quality due too I was not prepared to pay for the whole truck to be done and , I wanted the front windows to match the back and it was not done right. The experience this time was not up to par. There was just a lot of miscommunication and issues with the service this time. I gotta say at least you guys made it right. It took a couple times but now i'm finally happy with the tint on my truck.

Great Folks! - Ryan over at the West Flagstaff location helped me understand my issues with my auto glass. I thought my tint was bad and had to be replaced. They could have easily hood winked me but instead said I needed window descaling. It had lots and lots of hard water spots that would not clean off with standard cleaners. This made the tint looked bubbled or damaged but it wasn't. They used a custom paste and buffers to descale the hard water deposits and the auto glass looked brand new after! The price to do this was 1/4 the cost of pulling and reapplying tint. Thanks guys!

Ryan, and the guys at Inspectors, on the west side, made my truck look brand new! I had run my new truck, with temporary tags still on it, through a local car wash. The rocks on the brushes severely scratched it, front to back. Inspectors, applied a Kenzo, IGL coating on the entire truck and wheels. It looks better now than the original paint! Best people to work with if you want a fair price and fast work. I needed a replacement windshield on a work trip, 14 hours from home, and wasn’t stopping anywhere for more than a day. They got me in next-day, finished the work while I grabbed a coffee, and came in at or under the price of every other quote I received (most of which I didn’t receive until after I already had my windshield replaced). Don’t waste your time, go to Inspector’s.

A cracked windscreen is a rare event, so I am not familiar with the process. The team at Inspectors really knows their stuff. They provided a prompt booking, handled coordination with my insurance provider and installed the replacement windscreen within the scheduled 2 hours. Most importantly, they answered all of my concerns about quality and warranty. This personal care is why I chose Inspectors rather than a national chain.

I brought my WRX in for a ceramic window tint and was really pleased with the result! The application was perfect and I received good instructions on what to do right after the application to make sure the film set properly. I got a text after three days reminding me that it was ok to roll down my windows. Also a follow-up message making sure everything was okay. Overall it was a great experience.

Friendly, knowledgable, and even helped me do my insurance claim. Fast phone call, and they got me in same day to replace my windshield! I’ve heard of other local glass shops leaving windshield repair materials all over the inside of vehicles… Not here! My truck was treated as if it was their own. Inspector's Auto Glass & Tint did an AWESOME job repairing my car window. My front, passenger-side window was shattered and my car was ransacked on a Wednesday, and by Friday morning, Inspector's had the window replaced, good as new. They worked smoothly with my insurance and took care of me about a week sooner than anyone else in town. I would absolutely recommend their service!
