Archies Auto Glass and Tint

Definitely appreciate the customer service and dedication from the owner to contact me and keep future business! 2 things I'm reviewing: 1: The actual tint work - 5/5 Stars I had my back windshield redone. My original tint was peeling off, so this is a much-needed upgrade. They removed the old film and applied a new one. The new tint from Archies looks amazing, no bubbles, and overall super sharp! Already makes a huge difference for me for looks and driving. Tint alone, I would return as a customer. Tint removal - $100 New Tint application- $150 2: Customer Service -  3/5 Scraps from the original tint were left in my car, dried water drops on side panels from spraying tint on, excess water on floor mats in the back of the car, and smudges on the back windshield. Also some moisture on my back speakers. I don't want to take extra time to clean up after a service like this when it can be avoided by the business. I could see myself returning in the future. Hoping this review helps with feedback and adjustments.

I was referred to Taylor by the local Flagstaff Toyota dealer for a windshield replacement and I was immediately impressed! He is helpful, knowledgeable, personable and highly skilled. He got me right in, was willing to work with my insurance company and did a beautiful job…including all the calibration needed. A few months later I had some new windshield and side window damage and he replaced all three windows for a very fair price and with his usual friendly and helpful approach. Then…it turned out the windshield he installed had a significant flaw and Taylor was so responsive and quick to replace it at no cost. Taylor takes pride in his work and has been patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Taylor and his team…they are the best!

Taylor just finished tinting vehicle number 4 not to mention He’s also ceramic coated a Tahoe and tinted a boat for me lol. Talk about customer service he literally showed up to my work, grabbed the vehicle and BAM 2 hours later delivered it back to me at work tinted and ready to go!!! Attention to detail far surpasses any local shop and to be honest any shop in Arizona! His quality is outstanding and I would highly recommend Archie’s! This town needs more young ambitious business owners like Taylor. This dude isn’t stopping he has many other services he offers that he holds to just as high of standards! I was lucky enough to have Archie's (Taylor) recommended to me by a friend after having a bad experience with another tint shop in town. I brought my mustang to him to have the bad tint job from other place fixed and to have the windshield done as well. I have now had Archie's do full ceramic tint, including windshield, on all of my family's cars. His work is spot on and his customer service is better. He has great communication and is flexible when working around my work schedule. Archie’s was such a great experience. Archie’s team completed a full window tint service very quick and efficiently the results were even better than I could have imagined. Came in today for a rock chip. Could tell the crew was busy and had a lot of work so I was going to ask for an later appointment. However, I was helped immediately and asked how soon I wanted it done. This is the type of business that treats you like family. Had a wonderful conversation and discussed a lot. Will definitely bring all of my future business here and cannot recommend highly enough. If you’re in need for tint or windshield replacement give the guys at Archie’s a call. They will treat you like family!

By far the most quality, convenient, and accommodating service I’ve ever worked with. My windshield had a crack too big to repair, and Taylor and his guys made the whole process seamless! From taking care of the insurance claim, to getting it done the same day I would recommend Archie’s to anyone. What I thought was going to be a hassle was the most painless experience I’ve ever had. Not to mention the sun protection film put on, I know I had two guys who truly care for what they do which was refreshing! 11/10

Had an appointment with safelite to get my windshield replaced. After I drove all the way up from Sedona I was told they wouldn’t be able to calibrate the sensors and I would have to take the car to the dealer to get calibrated. I called the dealer and they wanted an additional $1000 for just the calibration. So I called Archie’s and they were able to get me in last minute to install the new windshield and calibrate. Done in an hour! Excellent service and one extremely happy customer! 100/10 would recommend.

Taylor was amazing! Communicative, fast, and everything was done flawlessly! I drove up to Flagstaff for my window tint because of his reviews and doing great work for my family. I did 5% tinting all around. No issues at all. It was done in a little over a hour.
