K & B Auto Glass Works

This was some of the best service I have ever received from any business anywhere. I broke the window in the back door of my van. K&B called my insurance company and handled that business for me. They didn’t have the window in stock, but they found it somewhere and immediately picked it up. All of the repair people were busy, so they sent me to their main office and had the manager do the installation. Within 3 hours of my breaking the window the new one was installed.

I had my sunroof shattered from a rock thrown up from the vehicle in front of me on the 101. Lukas assisted me with my insurance claim, got the glass expeditedly shipped from the manufacturer and I had my new sunroof installed quickly at the shop in Gilbert. All work was completed professionally and in such a timely manner as I am a snowbird who needed to head home to the snow/cold of ND with an intact sunroof. Thank you to Lukas and everyone at K & B!

Was basically ran off the road today by one of their trucks. They were doing 60-70 mph+ in chandler on surface streets today. Swerving around people and cutting others. I called the chandler police department and reported this behavior and the paper license plate on the truck and they said they were going to have an officer try and locate the vehicle as I wasn’t the only one who called them in apparently - unacceptable.
